Thanks! I’d love it if you could get your hands on a onetigris solo homestead TC tent. I just got mine and would enjoy comparing your findings with what I find.
As far as i know or seen the tent design comes from a Norwegian outdoors company called Helsport, their tent is called the fonnfjell superlight and weighs only 2 kg
This is honestly the first tent I've seen you review that I've been truly excited about. I'm looking forward to a rain test and might get one myself even!
I'm Stoked....really like the design !!!...... I live in New England and the Black outer shell makes for warmer sleeping in the fall and winter outings !!!,,,,,love the inside space too !!
One of the first things I do when I buy a tent is exchange the pulls on my stakes with para cord an ss tie them myself. Never have a issue with them coming undone
I bought this tent off your review! I'm over in the uk and bought it for my North Wales motocamping trip ! I must admit, out off all the tent I've purchased, I must say this was the lightest and easier tent to put up, I mostly used the side entrance, loads of room, bought the optional poles for the canopy, I kept the guidelines taught throughout my trip and didn't see any sagging, very good buy and looking forward to using again ! It did rain through my trip, obviously because it was Wales. ! Kept me dry, no leaks !!!!!
I sorta tent in my truck canopy, but this tent is without a back up for me. In Canada the weather can be brutal...thank you so much for your work...be safe.
HI LUKE 👋 LOVE THE DESIGN ! LIKE THE COLOR TOO . IN CASE YOU WANT TO SLEEP 💤 LATER , MAYBE . CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HOW IT HOLDS UP WITH YOUR TESTS & THE OTHER 2 NEW MODEL TENTS . BE SAFE ! HAVE FUN ! ENJOYED 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 GOD BLESS YOU ALL ALWAYS ON YOUR ADVENTURES 🙏 THANK YOU 🙏
Thanks for this, had no idea Onetigris had released new tents. This model (Cometa) looks a lot like one of my dream tents, the Helsport Fonnfjell Superlight 2, but twice as heavy at 1/3 of the price. Looking forward to more videos about this tent! If the quality is good this will be my next glamping tent. Thx for some great reviews!
Looks like a pretty nice tent. Looking forward to your rain test. I am a little leery about the top without a rain fly but I am sure you will put it through the paces. Stay safe and God bless.
Most 4 season tents do not have rain fly's. Single wall is how most of them are. It makes them stronger with less fail points to be one piece and blocks wind more.
For me, a convertible four season tent is a win. Being able to open up for venting or sealing up completely for harsher conditions isn't always done well and this looks like they took that into consideration. Thanks for the review, I'll likely be checking this out for myself.
Very interested in this tent. Looking forward to the upcoming reviews especially the rain resistance. If it passes your real life rain test I will buy it. Appears to be very well designed. Love your channel too! Great job!
What was old is new again. I had an MSR tent, about 25 yrs ago, that was very much like that. It was a favorite tent. I gave it to a friend after switching to a hammock and tarp.
Thanks for reviewing this. I knew this video was coming and waited patiently. However, I don't think I'm patient enough to see the testing lol. I've already made my purchase from One Tigris. Thank you Luke. Be safe out there
I am excited to see this tent preform. I hope it is what it says it is. I live in the upper peninsula of Michigan and winter is brutal. I would love to be able to extend my camping into the winter, but with the prices of a true four season tent is out of my budget. Fingers are crossed this kicks butt. Thank you Luke for all you do for our outdoor community.
@@stizzlesteak atleast you said I didn't have to 😂. We still have winter here that is why I need a great tent for a good price. All kidding aside enjoy the u.p.
I have a simler desind tent. The Vango Delta 200 Alloy Tent is a front-and-side-entry tunnel tent which comes with two canopy poles to create a sheltered porch area
Interesting. Has some pretty unique features. I have high hopes for it. This might end up in my collection, at some point. Let the TESTING BEGIN!!! THANKS Luke.
Black is cool! I have been looking at a LOT of mountain top videos with the "F" and "H" brand tents. The aggressive bath tubs are a good thing! One guy had a river running through his tent because the storm changed from snow into rain. Because it was night and the high winds, all he and his dog could do was sit on the mat to stay dry. Also I am wanting to see the ventilation on this tent. At 65mph+ winds snow finds ways of getting in.
Hi Luke, now THAT is everything I want in a tent. It's perfect. Spendy, however, my Coleman has lasted 25 years and I camp 10x A year at least. It's faded and tired So to spend that much for quality, it should last me until I'm 85! By then it will have to be a motorhome ...NEVER!.
Not really. They make cheaply made products for low budgets. Nothing about their products is exceptional. They usually manage to have a good balance of price and quality, but that's about it.
I really like the design of this tent, big and open. Very nice and even I can afford it!! I can't wait for further testing, especially in the rain and wind.
That's a good-looking tent. Let's hope they've got the quality sorted. It will be interesting to see how it performed in the rain, but for now, I will stick with Gossamer 2 tent and Crua Modus with culla liner for cold weather.
I've already decided to buy one for myself. I'd love to get the camo one, but will settle on the black one based on price. I like the style and the amount of room it has inside. I also like that awning very much. I'll bet that One Tigris has already done extensive testing to assure that it's waterproof. But I'm guessing.
@@spritsfal5088 So true on the additional cost but camo netting adds more weight in your pack which is a big negative. Weight is your enemy when your humping gear.

Not a bad price and I am sure a lot of people looking at winter camping would enjoy this tent. I still have plenty of time to wait before buying, looking forward to the review and test video.
That looks like it would make a good tent for scouts. Weight isn’t an issue as we trailer our gear for most campouts. Looks easy to set up. Would be good for October to April camping in the Midwest. Looking forward to the next review.

Only thing I can say that it needs is a vestibule over the end door otherwise when it is raining, rain will fall inside the tent Also after the last issues that you had with a 1 tigris tent I will wait until you do the waterproof test. If it does not leak I may consider it for my winter tent
