Creep should go down in history as one of the best rock songs ever...my wife hates it but I wake up ev morning play it on guitar and butcher the lerics with my bad voice ....I love the words and the chord progression is beautiful and simple.
I used to cover this song with my acoustic guitar at a coffee shop in high school & college… covers are covers. Obviously Radiohead gave her permission to do the cover, and she did it how she wanted. Every song means something unique to each individual person, whether you like it or not… I applaud her for doing this!
This is beyond fantastic. Takes everything that worked so well in the original and adds quiet, shimmery guitars and a quite emotive vocal. Maria obviously responded to the material in a big way.
