Hi Kev, I customsied these brackets, they are the heavy duty galvanised angle brackets Screwfix sell, their largest one if I remember. I cut them to size to suit and then had them sprayed 👊🏻🚐

Why did you separate the solar with their own controllers? did they power separate things or both join to the same system further downstream?

They are both wired to their own mppt charge controllers and then onto the battery. We did this for a couple of reasons, main one being that if there was ever a problem with one then the other would still be available and wasn’t much price difference to use the two controllers over a larger single one 👍🏻🚐

Awesome Ambu van. But won’t that slot for air fryer be an issue because of the heat exhaust from the fryer at the back having nowhere to vent? It’s also grease up the slot.

Hi Stu, regarding the eco-worthy battery, I was considering one myself, but then I discovered that they don't include any heaters, so can't be charged if temp is 0c or less, I would appreciate your comments. Cheers

Morning Dave they don’t have heaters but I know one person who has ever used it so a bit of a gimmicky add on but good if you head for the colder weather. That said batteries are kept inside the van where we have heating so when away in it rarely would it be near that temperature 👍🏻
