Sweet cards. Cool to see the variants in some kind of order.

Brings back the fun of the 50s to 70s vintage years with having new targets that are rare and new to find. I think you had seen most of those most likely. Having them in some form of order does help me for sure.

Love the 60s cards. I always liked the colors and photo of the 62 Topps Koufax. I collected 62s as a boy and liked the action poses of Berra, Clemente, Maris, Mays, Musial, etc. Mantle unfortunately was a headshot.

Definitely agree! That set is so tough, but has some great images. Thanks for adding to the discussion!

Great cards Aron! Love the image on the 62 bell brands Koufax. I need to get a Tommy John rookie and a veny into the collection as well. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, my friend! Definitely agree, those Bell Koufax cards have some really fun images. Always appreciate you taking the time to watch and comment.

Very cool video. Especially like seeing the Morell Meats and Bell Brands Koufax, but those Vennys you have for Seaver and Carew are great! Haven't started dabbling in those yet.

Thank you, my friend! Video ran a bit longer than I hoped. I just have so much fun looking through all the variations that are out there. That Morrell Meats Koufax is probably in my top 10 favorite cards considering the who and the image of the card!

Really cool cards. Love the 64 Venny. My favorite back. For 63, I would recommend 63 exhibit stat back, bazooka or baseball magazine (m118). For 65, I would recommend getting an OPC for one of your guys. First mainstream OPC offering following the 60 Tattoos.

Brilliant! Thank you for the suggestions. Now that you say that, I do have a stat back Koufax Exhibit card. I just looked and it says it's a 62 on the label (psa), but it shows stats including 62. Seems odd to me. I will have to do some research. Foe 65, I will definitely check out some OPC options. Appreciate your feedback, my friend.

In 1963, Fleer produced a set of contemporary players. They are generally more affordable than the Topps cards from 1963, (Warren Spahn is in both sets as is Carl Yastrzemski.)

Yes, for sure! I have a few of the Fleer cards too. Those are a great option since they are a mainstream name, but before they were considered a major second card producer. I have a few from the set, but definitely would like a few more! Thanks for the comment.
