I just love my naturally curly hair that has become this beautiful silver/white in some areas but overall gray color, with minimal dark brown left. I've been wearing dreadlocks to alleviate too much manual manipulation of my hair and as a result, I have tremendous new growth. I get all kinds of compliments on my gray/silver locks, but I now want something different. After seeing your wash day routine I think I am going to wear my natural curls and let them flow. I don't have a diffuser, and I'm not sure on how to use one. Thank you for this review, and after seeing a mature woman looking vibrant and lively I realize, I'm not old, only entering a new phase of existence and I have to learn how to work with that. In mind, body, spirit and HAIR!

Beautiful hair. The most important ingredient for me is my inner health and mindset. Beautiful in, beautiful out, hair, skin and all. This recipe is the main ingredient for me. I was born with a good grade of natural, curly wavey hair. That wasn't so popular as a young child in school 😢 Genetics also plays a part too. I have to say and agree with most of the comments under this post. You are a beautiful natural queen and it's uplifting to find a channel like yours on RUclips. I first came across your picture when searching for natural hairstyles for grey hair/mature women and I feel I love with your style. In my early 50's my silver strands have been coming in for about 4/5 years, I'm fine with them most of the time. Seeing this video I decided to go all in and purchase each of the products to speak about in this video, I followed your wash day routine, bar the defuser to the letter. Whilst our hair length and thickness is about the same my curl pattern is tighter. After completing the wash day routine, one day later my hair is very very very dry with absolutely no shine and no moisture. Not short of a big puff of frizz. I'm so very very disappointed 😢. If you can share any further tips with me to help turn this around I'd be grateful, if not this will be an expensive experiment. Wishing you all the best still.
