How to pair hearing aids to iPhone

This video will show you how to pair your hearing aids with your iPhone.
1. Remove your hearing aids from the charger and place in front of you along with your iPhone.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
3. Tap on Accessibility from settings and scroll down to Hearing Devices. Your hearing aids will appear as detected devices and they will show as ‘Not paired’.
4. Tap hearing aid name to pair. You will see a request to pair the hearing aids with your iPhone.
5. Tap ‘Pair’ twice for both hearing aids to be paired.
Once completed, the hearing aids are connected. You can adjust the Microphone level on both the left and right hearing aid or select from presets. You can now begin streaming to your hearing aids.

My left hearing aid cuts out all the time!? It’s in my ear but I can’t get my phone to see it? Says I need to use both hearing aids!! I have both hearing aids!!?? What can I do!!???
