- Brand New perform their song " You Won't Know" with a special blend of their Deja Entendu opener "Tautou" live at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD on 7/12/16.
I think I like the live version more than the studio version, and I loveeee the studio version
the studio def feels a bit slow after knowing the live version or being at it. but at the same time. the slowness the first time you hear it on record. grants it a heaviness. BEFORE u hear the live at least.
I feel like THIS live performance of You Won’t Know is particularly great.
My left and right nuts.
That’s what I’d give to see this band just one more time.

Dead crowd :/ Who goes to see Brand New and just stands there especially when they're playing this well?
Off to the right of the video there is actually quite a rough mosh pit going on. It got pretty big during songs like sic transit gloria, sowing season, etc. Me and my best friend were actually the one that got everybody moving around in that area because they were all just standing uncomfortably still
***** Hahaha yeah people on the edge of the mosh pit were like terrified for some reason i could imagine it being hard to break in if they were all packed together. It was honestly one of the most enjoyable pits ive been in, it was rough and energetic but not to the point where you were constantly worried about getting hurt
Nah I made my way to the lawn to hang out with a friend that was also at the show. Wish I was in the pit for Float On, Shit Luck, Trailer Trash, and Doin' The Cockroach but it was still really enjoyable.
Funny. At the Forum in LA the crowd was way more hyped on Brand New. Everyone was standing around and leaving early for Modest Mouse.
+Cross Innovations It got crazy in Nashville when Brandnew came on stage but the crowd was pretty good for Modest Mouse too.....everybody just hadn't moved up yet when Modest Mouse was playing.
