I love bed yoga since I was a 13 year old yogi in 1995. I prefer doing bed yoga because it is very relaxing and I do the easy basic asanas (everyone can do it and it doesn't mater age or physical capability). You still get a good workout and is much less stressful on the body. Yoga is yoga no matter if you do the basic or advance asanas.

Could both help raise awareness about dysautonomia and also help build your channel :)
