  • Regulation of the JAK STAT Signaling Pathway
JAK-STAT signaling is involved in cell proliferation and survival. Activation of the JAK-STAT leads to activation of the PI3K-AKT and RAS-RAF-MEK-ERK pathways. Several classes of ligands are involved in activating receptors of the JAK-STAT pathway, including erythropoietin and interleukins. Furthermore, several classes of proteins are involved in negatively regulating the JAK STAT pathway, acting at different points in the pathway to turn off JAK STAT signaling.

Could you please cite the reference for the activation of RAS/RAF/MEK/ERK pathway by JAK?
