Sister Lily, as always… love your channel and your content. Just a humble point of clarification on this posting. Coconuts contain water when they are less mature. This water eventually becomes partially absorbed into the ‘flesh’ of the coconut it matures. The water is excellent for hydration since it is high in electrolyte concentration such as potassium. However, ‘coconut milk’ is more of strained mixed mature coconut flesh with liquid to produce a substance, which is textured a like milk. Your point is still well taken however… I agree completely that is miraculous for a coconut to contain water within its inner substance, as is it amazing the protection given to other fruits, such as bananas for example. Overall, you are doing a fantastic job. As I mentioned before in my other posts, someday I would love to interview you virtually. Still working on developing my channel. To be fair, it only makes milk if you grind the white coconut flesh with the coconut water. Otherwise, if you split a coconut open, you just have coconut water. They’re both delicious regardless! :)
