Would like to see more of the exercises (lifting and stretching) for increasing club and ball speed. Which muscle groups are more involved, and how do we isolate them to improve speed?
This makes alot of sense . Being strong in the gym I have a habit of coming over top. Im going to put this in my routine. Thanks again Sam , keep them coming
I got an interesting question here... Since you're a rear leg golfer, it seems like it would be difficult to focus on the left shoulder action rather than what the right is doing. Are your feels all right side or do you do something mixed?
Great question!! Golfers that are right arm dominant will struggle more with speed than left arm dominant golfers because the right arm should be very passive in the golf swing. I am left arm dominant and have worked to become that way. Left arm controls speed more so than the right while the right often gets in the way of both speed and accuracy if it is more dominant than the left in the swing.

Will continue to make more content about this!!

You can train to load your weight to the back foot on the back swing and keep it there, really helps to hit up on the ball
How many reps in a set and how many sets in a session? The exercise looks interesting.
Depends on a lot of factors! A great starting point would be 3 sets of 8 reps each side.
