The interesting thing is if my first move is throwing club to the right with my right (trail) arm works and im limited to about 270 yards with low dispersion. If I follow another video of yours where i fall laterally to my lead side then drive the trail hip i am all left arm to swing to second base. I find it impossible to throw with right arm. What's your take on this?

How does this swing mechanic work with unloading the shaft. In that video you talk about stopping the hands to unload, and then this one it's held off past impact. Can you do a video or explain that process to me? 4:00 @SamAttanasio

Isn't this for higher clubhead players Sam? Because those punch shots were more like us normal players and they were launching too low?
No, this is for every speed golfer. No golfer should try to scoop under the back of the ball to artificially create loft with irons. That is going to create issues. Height should be created via the clubs loft and always having a negative angle of attack with irons. Slower golfers may struggle with this once they reach 5 and 4 irons which is why it is recommended that they use hybrids instead. Those punch shots were also 150+ feet in the air which is super high still.
