Your instruction is the most progressive out there. I got a speed toad and got introduced to you. Now every range session is like a gym class! I'm 65 btw
Another excellent video and follow up to Part 1. Now that my 70 year old back has finally recuperated from Part 1, l will try and see if my hips can survive Part 2!!!🤣🤣🤣
Quality advice man! Think this will help me a lot! I’m in good shape and feel fine after a round of golf except for my trail hip. Piriformos/QL/ pectineus’ all go mad. Like fake sciatica from piriformis malfunction or something 😕
Thanks Sam, so does the hip thrust replace OR happens after the thought of the push off with the trail foot to achieve the lateral weight shift to the hard front side (leg) as demonstrated in your other video (bubble wrap drill)?
Hey Sam, I'm getting ready to finish up this season in the Valor Division, and I feel like my synchronization is shot. I'm Fast, I still get 142 MPH Swing Speed at the fastest (but I hover around the mid 130s), but it feels slow and very forced. I think this will help for sure, but I am wondering about actual Gym exercises for Strength in the correct muscle groups and good stretches to help loosen things up.
If you are interested, I offer custom 1-on-1 remote training where I analyze your swing so the exercises and stretches are based on your swing and specific body needs. Send me an email if you are interested in more information sam@bombitlongdrive.com

Sam, Just found your channel, lot's of cool stuff! How about hanging jack-knives from a chin-up bar. I can do 1 & 2 fairly easily :)

Great video again
@@bmwboy328 cheers for that. I will get on it and see if I can better it.👍🏻
More glute and hip flexor strengthening (as well as some stretching) can help alleviate that.
@@SamAttanasio awesome. I do stretch but I’ll focus on those two areas more for a while👍🏻
