Yes, it could happen. Also, there are 2 wrong warps in World 8-4. 1 of them is the backwards wrong warp used in speedruns, while the other is not used as it sends you back to the start.
Why is it that in some situations like the one you expained or in bowsers castle, the game only loads a single warp point but other times like in the 3-pipe warp areas it can load multiple warp points?
This is just my guess but...I think that once you have loaded a warp zone, the specific warp locations are likely based off Mario's position and not the screen (since the screen is stationary). Again, just a guess, but it's certainly not based off the screen position.
If I recall the minus/negative world warp glitch in 1-2 at the end of the underground part/before the warp zones, Mario has to be in a specific location to load the warp zones and the screen needs to scrolled into the warp zone as well. If you wrap through the pipe/brickwall and enter the first pipe you'll get teleported to -1.

I did a wrong warp I used the old speed run route then after about 30 minutes I got it and I freaked out of how I did it!!!

I actually pulled off a wrong warp for the first time this morning. It only took me about two hundred attempts, I would say.
Fantastic job making this very beginner friendly. Within minutes I got this to work.
I don't know why I remembered the wrong warp as something hard. Then again I'm a lot better at SMB now.

and when you have the big mario, just jump and crouch at the right time for the blocks above mario to push you forward.
Do you think that a wrong warp could happen on a level with a lot of warps like 6-2 or are the zones too far away on that one?
There are a few other stages where you can force wrong warps. I'm not sure about 6-2, but potentially. There is one in 2-1 that's pretty neat too.

U just hold left
Open the vine then go to the right so only half of the vine block shows when jump on it

i tried 1098401920 times and didnt work ;-; i use emulator and nes control and nothing
Which Emulator are you using?
If you do a backward one at the start and then do 2 at the two pipes at the end,u might get a 374
