hey, thanks for the videos about the clutch replacements. Love the car, and the TDCI Diesel sound. I had an 2006 Fiesta 1.4 TDCI, a 2006 Fiesta ST150 and now I have a Ford Fusion 1.4 TDCI again with a worn clutch. I'm in the same situation, got the parts this week, but i was still not sure if I should start this work. And you are right: sometimes its not only about to save some money, but about doing something which everyone says you cannot do it. But as you said: Its put together in nuts and bolts. Thanks to videos like yours, i'm positive I can do it. Thanks again. Don't worry about the hood latch, that happend to me as well, and even it happend in my Ford Dealership. For you next car I recommend to look into a Ford Fusion, which is basically the same car, and not the prettiest, but its way more roomy and pratical as the Fiesta. Thanks again. Greetings from Italy.

Hi mate, I put a second hand gearbox on my fiesta but didn’t put a clutch on it but I did put a CSC on it and six months later I started to have trouble changing gears and the clutch pedal was soft so I bled the clutch and yes there were air bubbles in the system, I bleed it every couple of days and it feels ok then the pedal becomes soft and yep more air, I’m positive it’s the CSC so I’m going to take the box off and put a new clutch and CSC in it, this time I’m going to reverse bleed the system because I’m positive that the reason it’s sucking air in and not leaking fluid is because I bled it the conventional two man method and it affected the rubber seal on the CSC bleed nipple. If you still got your old CSC take the bleed nipple off and take out the seal and you will see it’s not a ring seal it’s a piece of rubber with a 45' cut and when you press on the clutch pedal it’s really hard to turn the bleed nipple with the hydraulic force but easy to turn under normal pressure. Ford themselves advice reverse bleeding because of this reason. It won’t always fail but I’m one of the unlucky ones I guess. Take care mate and I love your videos.
