I just applied a glass sealant today to my mom's car, and it almost removes the need for windshield wipers👌🏻. Probably need to test out a proper glass ceramic coating in the future👍🏻. Fantastic video Pan!
Just installed this product on my Kia Telluride and had enough to do my street facing house windows. Works great, water stains come off with just a wet microfiber cloth
I saw this kit online and wondered if it was worth purchasing. I've used Invisible Glass for numerous years, it's my go-to glass cleaner. I picked up a bottle of the Hybrid Ceramic Rain + Glass and used it on my daily driver. I've driven through a heavy rain storm for 35 minutes on two occasions. The rain beads really well when my F150 is parked and the water rolls off without needing wipers. Thank you for the video.
I've used a few different window ceramics over the past year to find out which one works best for me before I offer the service to my clients. A) Windows suck. I hate cleaning windows. I'm going to have to purchase this kit now and put it to the test. Thanks Pan!

Good stuff Pan. I am definitely going to pick up a bottle of that Glass Stripper product from Stoner. That would be a great product for use before applying any glass coating. I love the stripping paste that comes in those small packets with Glassparency. I wish they sold that separately. But Stoner's hopefully will be just as great. Knowing Stoner, it will be. I already have a bottle of Polishangel RAIN 9H and also a bottle of Gtechniq's Glass Coating I need to use up first, but this coating looks to be great as well. Hope you are having a wonderful summer Pan.
Definitely a stellar product!! Will be picking this up. I have had to get another visa card due to your recommendations.😅 😅 tks for another informative video pan!! 👍🏼🇨🇦
I’ve been using Griot’s Ceramic spray wax as a drying aid, it ends up costing the glass in the process and easily lasts until the next wash. Seems to work well enough that I haven’t even considered applying a true glass coating. However, I think I’m going to order this kit and give it a shot to see if it works better and lasts longer.
Hi Pan, thanks as always! I’m currently using Gtechniq’s glass coating but am experiencing a LOT of wiper juttering. Would you recommend a better coating that does not have this issue? Stoner did not clarify this in the video
Wiper judder is a thing more specific to your prep and glass, rather than the coating. It's rare that I have had wiper judder issues with glass coatings. I never had issues with the Gtechniq stuff. You have to clean and clay the glass, then use a glass stripper or glass polish to make sure the surface is prepped correctly, and IPA wipe, and then apply the coating in most cases. Also, perhaps your wipers are old? Wipers get micro tears over the years. It's generally recommended to get a fresh set of wipers every year or every other year. But my favourite glass coating by far, is Soft99 Ultra Glaco, which I tested in this video: ruclips.net/video/usdM-TrT7fg/видео.htmlsi=6vpwjeN_yFwR42MQ

I've tried the hybrid ceramic glass cleaner and was not impressed. I would use it after washing/drying the car and found it to be very streaky. I've had much better luck with rain-x
Another informative, easy-to-follow, upbeat video from Pan The Organizer! Quick question: Would you recommend running a clay bar/mitt/towel over the glass prior to applying any of these Stoner products?
Looks like Stoners did their homework on this excellent looking product Pan, always loved their Invisible Glass Cleaner but this looks super easy and a great long lasting product. Ty for showcasing something easy cheaper and a brillant home user product mate. As always Pan Ty for your in depth knowledge and excellent videos. Keep Safe Keep Strong 🦘🦘🦘🦘💖💖
My issue with most windshield or glass coatings like Rain-X, is the film that appears when driving at night and the glass is hit by the street lights which causes temporary view impedance due to said coating/film. Its why I dont use them anymore.
Over 3-years running various products and never had that issue. Preparation is the key to having a clear view and keeping the glass clean afterwards. I hated Rain-X it is a disappointment that many give similar responses. One person’s experience only.
I fully agree with you. I also never had any issues with glass coatings or sealants. I use quality glass coatings from reputable brands, and also, yes the prep BEFORE you apply any coating is crucial.
You’re using the wrong product. Stay away from Rainx on windshields. DO NOT use “sealants”, waxes or other products that “also work on glass”. Get something that’s made specifically for windshields. Proper prep before applying the coating is absolutely essential. 5 years experience of glass coating installation in my windshield replacement shop has taught me a few things
I put a glass coating on my glass, and I put a reflective coating on my mirrors and then I put a ceramic coating on my ceramic tiles. Oh and I also put a coating of Carnauba wax on my carnuba wax container. I was being sarcastic. I only get the tiles

I had the ceramic coat applied about two months ago. Worked great for about two weeks then nothing. I also started using their Clean and Repel product like recommended and that did pretty much nothing. Very underwhelmed. Their Invisible Glass product is great. I've been using it for years. So I will be curious what you find with their ceramic coating.
In my testing so far it seems to have done ok for six months and then quickly fading. But the vehicles weren’t properly maintained by their owners. I still prefer Soft99 Ultra Glaco which lasts 10+ months in my conditions.
How would you apply this on a windshield the size of a large motorhome? Could you apply it in 3 sections? Would there be a seam to concern yourself about?
I like the Soft 99 product, I bought some from your site, it works great ! I just wish it lasted longer.. Not sure this product on here today is better or not
How long did the Soft99 last for you? And which exact product did you buy? Their flagship glass coating is the Ultra Glaco, and that's my favourite glass coating for consumers right now. It lasts 10-12 months in my tests.
If you are talking about the fogging or haze that occurs on the inside of the windshield, that's usually do to a glass surface that accumulates grime and grease and oils from the off gassing of interior materials. Using a glass cleaner alone won't be enough, you have to thoroughly degrease it first. See my simple tutorial here: ruclips.net/video/3rF6keJ88Y8/видео.html
I have a Ford vehicle. The inside of the windshield gets a film of hazy stuff on it. I’ve read somewhere it’s caused by “off-gassing” of the dashboard plastics. Will this ceramic coating help make this easier to remove, or does it contribute to the problem?
That is correct. On the inside of the vehicle, all the materials do off gassing and they release the chemicals in fumes that accumulate and make the glass look foggy, hazy or greasy. You have to degrease the windshield before cleaning it with a glass cleaner, as glass cleaners alone don't remove that off-gassing. I have a popular and simple DIY tutorial for degreasing the interior of your windshield here: ruclips.net/video/3rF6keJ88Y8/видео.html The ceramic coating is for the EXTERIOR of the glass, not the inside. The coating on the exterior will make driving in the rain a lot safer, as rain will roll off the glass at a higher rate, thus increasing clarity and visibility. So get the inside fo your windshield crystal clear and clean, and on the outside you can apply a coating. That's the ultimate two step for your windshield.
In some parts of the country, rain isn't the problem. It's baked on bugs! How does this product work to protect against bug splatter? Does it make removal of dried bug guts any easier?
Hey Pan I watched the original demo you did on this a while back & I remember you said to throw the 2 towels away afterwards because you wouldn’t want to use them anywhere else on your car. If you plan to use this on another car or even the same car but 6 months or year later would the original towels be ok to use only for this product on the glass or are they a 1 and done? Love your channel!
Like stoners products, I'll have to have a look for them on this side of the pond ( england) but really like the invisible glass cleaner , great video pan
Wiper judder shouldn't be an issue if you properly prep the glass before application. And also, make sure you use a quality glass sealant or coating from a reputable brand. I have never had any issues with the glass coatings that I like.
I use CSL Light/Exo Combo on windshield of my Dad’s 21 Silverado 1500 High Country & do not get wiper chatter. But I get the best beading. Water droplets that look like marbles they get so big. I don’t like the sealants that have a bunch of tiny droplets rolling off the windshield. I like a few big ones. It’s so amazing to witness.
I never had such issues with any of the high quality glass coatings I use. Proper prep before application is key. Once you use a glass coating, you can't go back to not having one in my opinion.
They only have the stripper in the stores and the ceramic spray. Then you find out that the special order kit has stripper. And that the kit is cheaper than a la cart
im reluctant to apply coatings or sealants on windscreens. my experience of wipers leaving behind a super thin film of mist/fog which although flashes very quickly, is quite distracting when driving. Pan, please demonstrate such behaviours in your windscreen product reviews
I never had any issues with any of the quality glass coatings I have applied over the past decade or more. Prep of the glass surface before applying any glass protection is crucial, just like prepping paint before a coating is key. Once you have a proper glass coating, you can't live without it.
Hi Pan, thank you for taking the time to continually raise the detailing bar. Would you recommend I use the ceramic coating on the roof of a Tesla Model 3 ?
I love Stoner Invisible Glass. Been using it since I was in high school as my go-to glass cleaner and never wavered. Would definitely give their glass coating a try but I'm a little gun shy after my last experience. I bought into the Diamond Body hype and tried their glass coating. While it does make nice pretty beads when you spray it with a hose/pressure washer, in the real world it's almost like the beads stick to the windshield. I have to be going almost interstate speeds for the windshield to clear itself. I've tried other glass products (on the same car with the same windshield) and had much better results. How does this coating compare to others out there in terms of minimum speeds for water evacuation?
I would also like this product to be compare to soft99 glasco and flyby 30. It s a really nice kit but it s more than 100 $ can so it s not cheap compare to glasco. Also what speed does the beeding start to move, it s usually 40 or 60 km/h depending on how long it last for other product but i didn t hear about that detail in the video !
Soft99 Ultra Glaco is still my favourite consumer glass coating. And yes Stoner did mention in the video they claim this is a 1 year durability coating.
Hi, I bought a New car (5 months old now). Ive been washing it carelessly and made light swirl marks all over it. I need an advice on removing the swirl marks. Car looks brand new other than the light swirl marks. Can I polish it ? What pad and compound to use ? so it doesnt leave any glare or cause re foggyness..thats the issues i run into like rain x. i am in humid areas and this kind of reaction happens?..thanks for the demo..my windshield needs help..in the sunlight you can see the stars or pitting all over the honda windsheild..maybe that will fill in??
If you do proper glass prep before you apply this or any good quality glass coating, you shouldn't have any issues. As for the pitting, nothing can fix that unfortunately, as that is actual missing glass material. Only replacing the windshield with a new one will solve that issue.

Been using Invisible Glass for so long I don't remember using anything else. A question I have, would a clay bar or clay mitt do the same job as the glass stripper as far as removing all the contaminants on the glass?
Clay use is highly recommended as a preparation step if you have it. I have their glass stripper product and it is great to clean even after the clay process. Otherwise it is insurance that the coating bonds and performs as expected
Claying is a great first step, but also chemical decon with the glass stripper is another important step. Like for paintwork. You would chemically decon (iron remover) and then use a clay bar (mechanical decon).
Hello, if the surface is fairly rigid and not flexible then you can use on that type of plastic surface! Any plastic that is flexible is where it becomes an issue.
Maybe I'm asking for too much for a spray on - wipe off product, but is there anything on the market (or better yet, from Stoner) to improve the clarity of a sand blasted windshield? I'm sure like many others, over time, my windshield has developed tiny "pits" that when the sun hits just right, causes issues with clarity. Is there any products that can 1)fill these tiny pits and 2) improve the clarity?
Unfortunately, there are no miracles for pitting on the glass, as that's actual missing glass material. You would need to replace the windshield if it bothers you.
Are there any products you’d recommend as a glass stripper for lighter protection like Gyeon Glass Plus or RainX that aren’t dedicated glass strippers?
In my opinion, there’s no real need to fully strip a surface before applying another layer of glass sealant. If you’re going to be doing a coating, that’s when you’ll strip to make sure you get the longest lasting protection.
If you're just applying a basic glass spray or light sealant like RainX, no need to strip the glass, as those won't really last that long anyways. But before applying a glass coating, the ones in glass bottles, it's important to prep the surface well (just like you would prep the paint well before applying a ceramic coating). So claying the glass is a good first step if it hasn't been done in over 6 months, and then using chemical decon like the Glass Stripper is another way to ensure you get a perfectly decontaminated surface, for the coating to bond to.
Hi Kevin, if the visor is not flexy plastic and the surface is fairly rigid then it will work on that type of surface. Things like a flexy plastic window, such as jeeps. Then we would advise not apply our ceramic coating!
Hi pan great video 👍 Do you need to throw away clothes after you've used them ? There you pan a sort one this time 😂😂 Say a big hello the your family as i say most of the time all the pan Stewart ps i use invisible glass cleaner thanks to you pan 👍
I do prefer Soft99 Ultra Glaco, but this is another good glass coating. Also, not everyone can have access to Ultra Glaco where they live, so it's nice to have alternatives.
I don’t have a garage and can’t keep a car dry for 24 hours so the cure time is a dealbreaker for me. Diamond pro tech glass coating is instant cured, immediately ready for water exposure
I bought into the Diamond Body hype when it first came out. Tried DB36 and their glass coating. So far the durability is great and it does make nice tight beads when the glass is clean. But for some reason it just does not shed water well while driving. I had much better water rejection from GTechniq G1 and (my personal favorite) Nextzett Glass Sealant. I love Invisible Glass and would definitely give their glass coating a try but would like to get some real world feedback on water rejection first. Once bit, twice shy as they say.
@@ethanblan435 for sure it struggles with mist from the car in front (or even a light rain), but even the bigger droplets don't evacuate until a much higher speed than the other two products I've tried.
No offense to the Stoner representative, Pan is just SO much more professional of a presenter, just by using more definitive concrete terms and not being wishy washy.

I've tried the hybrid ceramic glass cleaner and was not impressed. I would use it after washing/drying the car and found it to be very streaky. I've had much better luck with rain-x
I will get that glass stripper. Never seen that before. Is it best to clay bar the glass too?
If you haven't clayed the glass in over six months, I would clay the glass, and then do the glass stripper for sure.
@@PanTheOrganizer Okay thanks!
Another informative, easy-to-follow, upbeat video from Pan The Organizer! Quick question: Would you recommend running a clay bar/mitt/towel over the glass prior to applying any of these Stoner products?
Yes! Claying is a great first step if you haven’t clayed the glass in over six months. Then chemically decontaminate it with the glass stripper.
Bought this kit a couple weeks ago and been anxious to apply it. Hopefully this weekend
Enjoy!
Stoner products are great. Nice video as always 👍.
Thanks Cliff!
Thanks for your video. This is so cool.
Thanks William!
Awesome video and product review/tutorial good friend
Thanks so much
Hi Pan. For prep, is it recommend to clay mitt or bar the windshield first?
If it hasn’t been clayed in a while, yes absolutely.
Pan! We had a blast filming with you in Chicago. 🙌
*Stoner Care Care!!!!* Thank you for supplying the auto detailing industry with excellent products for decades! Keep up the great work!
@@quallzone6219 Thanks for supporting us!

Hello Pan!!! Very useful information!!!
Thanks! Here's another application demo I did a few months ago on my brother's vehicle: ruclips.net/video/mHSIieOrVe0/видео.html
Should I clay bar the windshield? should I use Esoteric Iron on the windshield? Thank you. Great videos.
If you haven't clayed your windshield in a while, yes you should clay it, then use the glass stripper to chemically decon the glass, etc.
is that water in the ik sprayer that hes using to pick up the stripper? also should I still polish b4 aplying?
I just had Angelwax H2Go arrive today so can’t wait to use that. Super cheap too in the UK
That is a very good glass sealant.

Thanks! I had applied this to my brother's SUV in a video a few months ago here: ruclips.net/video/mHSIieOrVe0/видео.html

@@PanTheOrganizer Well, I do have my moments😎
Great video! Hey Pan, I would like to know if this can be used on the interior side of the glass?!
This is for exterior use only.

I'm in Florida Don't know if the heat is the issue
Invisible Glass Ceramic Coating is awesome! Really improves visibility when driving in heavy rains!
How would you apply this on a windshield the size of a large motorhome? Could you apply it in 3 sections? Would there be a seam to concern yourself about?
Work in small sections, no problem.
Pan. Your psychic now? 😅 I was just researching this product yesterday, searching for someone who might have posted something. Then...bam. you do it.
LOL!! I guess you missed the other video I had on this same product a few months ago here: ruclips.net/video/mHSIieOrVe0/видео.html
Thank you for another informative video.
You bet!
Just put Glaco soft 99 on my car. I’ll have to try this stuff on my fiancé’s car!
I prefer Soft99 Ultra Glaco for sure. But this Invisible Glass Ceramic Coating kit is very good for beginners.
Question will this product help with the fogging on those cold or raini days
I have a popular and simple DIY tutorial for degreasing the interior of your windshield here: ruclips.net/video/3rF6keJ88Y8/видео.html
The ceramic coating is for the EXTERIOR of the glass, not the inside. The coating on the exterior will make driving in the rain a lot safer, as rain will roll off the glass at a higher rate, thus increasing clarity and visibility.
So get the inside fo your windshield crystal clear and clean, and on the outside you can apply a coating. That's the ultimate two step for your windshield.
how well does this product work when the windshield wipers are being used?
If applied correctly, and the glass is properly prepped, it works super smoothly, I saw no wiper judder.
In some parts of the country, rain isn't the problem. It's baked on bugs! How does this product work to protect against bug splatter? Does it make removal of dried bug guts any easier?
Nothing can protect against bug splatter. But what coatings do is make cleaning much easier, as things have less of a tendency to stick as much.
I wouldn’t reuse them.
@@PanTheOrganizer Thanks!
Like stoners products, I'll have to have a look for them on this side of the pond ( england) but really like the invisible glass cleaner , great video pan
Thanks!
I'm always worried about wiper blade stutter...
I use griot garage glass sealant it works amazing and have never had that problem
Same rainx caused my wipers to skip badly
My wipers don’t stutter whatsoever with ceramic spray from auto fanatic.
Excellent pan that’s a must have for me 😊
Cheers!
I tend not to put any coating on the windshield because over time it tends to get gummy and then the whippers starts to judder
Question, what’s the safe drive-away time after you’ve applied it? I don’t mean the full cure time but when it can get wet or out in the elements
24 hrs
im reluctant to apply coatings or sealants on windscreens. my experience of wipers leaving behind a super thin film of mist/fog which although flashes very quickly, is quite distracting when driving.
Yes you can use this on any exterior glass surface.
It's not on the level of Soft99 Ultra Glaco (my favourite glass coating) but it's very good. At 35mph and above, water evacuates pretty quickly.
j'utilise le ceramic hybride et je l'aime bien
I would also like this product to be compare to soft99 glasco and flyby 30. It s a really nice kit but it s more than 100 $ can so it s not cheap compare to glasco. Also what speed does the beeding start to move, it s usually 40 or 60 km/h depending on how long it last for other product but i didn t hear about that detail in the video !
Soft99 Ultra Glaco is still my favourite consumer glass coating.
And yes Stoner did mention in the video they claim this is a 1 year durability coating.
I use griot garage glass sealant
How long is the applicator good for?
One application, as you have to throw it away after use.
This question doesnt have todo with this video but have you tried the product revivify self healing coating?
I haven’t.
Are aplacaters reusable?
No
Wow thats good to know.
Thanks for watching!
Hi,
I bought a New car (5 months old now). Ive been washing it carelessly and made light swirl marks all over it.
I need an advice on removing the swirl marks. Car looks brand new other than the light swirl marks.
Can I polish it ? What pad and compound to use ? After Personally analysing the car, I understood that it requires very less cutting as the swirls are not worse. So, what is the method to follow ?
Please help me
Thanks in advance

so it doesnt leave any glare or cause re foggyness..thats the issues i run into like rain x. i am in humid areas and this kind of reaction happens?..thanks for the demo..my windshield needs help..in the sunlight you can see the stars or pitting all over the honda windsheild..maybe that will fill in??
If you do proper glass prep before you apply this or any good quality glass coating, you shouldn't have any issues.
As for the pitting, nothing can fix that unfortunately, as that is actual missing glass material. Only replacing the windshield with a new one will solve that issue.
Bonjour PAn j'aimerais commander le produit Phoenix titan, mais je suis de France pas de revendeur de notre côté ça m'a l'air un compliqué d'importer des USA
Pourrais-tu me conseiller pour pouvoir me le procurer.
Could that be used on a plastic motorcycle windshield? I need a product with good hydrophobics since I have no windshield wiper.
Hopefully @StonerCarCare will read this comment and reply.
Hello, if the surface is fairly rigid and not flexible then you can use on that type of plastic surface! Any plastic that is flexible is where it becomes an issue.
Would you use this on all the windows of the car? Also I think my rear widow is plastic. What about that window?
Yes, all exterior glass surfaces.
How long is this glass product expected to last?
Stoner claims 1 year, as they stated in the video.
Replace the glass is the only safe solution. I too have that issue but polishing the glass just cleans them but does not remove them, UGH
Ditto, same question! Would an APC (all-purpose cleaner) do the job if applied full-strength with a sponge or towel to prevent overspray?
60$ for that tiny bottle😳. It must be better than rain x
Can this product be used on plastic….plexiglass? Like a windshield of a UTV or an airplane?
@StonerCarCare can you answer this?
Hi Cameron, if the plexiglass is fairly rigid and not flexible then the coating will be fine to use!
Could you treat helmet visors with this product
Hopefully @StonerCarCare will read this comment and reply.
Hi Kevin, if the visor is not flexy plastic and the surface is fairly rigid then it will work on that type of surface. Things like a flexy plastic window, such as jeeps. Then we would advise not apply our ceramic coating!

Isn't glacco much cheaper and easier to use
I do prefer Soft99 Ultra Glaco, but this is another good glass coating. Also, not everyone can have access to Ultra Glaco where they live, so it's nice to have alternatives.
Nice!!!

LOL
@@quattljl1 for me it does well sheeting actual raindrops, but the little drops kicked up from the car in front don’t move as easily
@@ethanblan435 for sure it struggles with mist from the car in front (or even a light rain), but even the bigger droplets don't evacuate until a much higher speed than the other two products I've tried.
