      LP Deemed Peter Baglin's Death accidental as well. That was another case that needs to be reopened. Peter didn't drown himself. Same scenario. His Hat, scarf headphones & Cell were found near the Canal, his body found weeks later in the Canal. Almost same scenario as Peters case. Another case is Derek Claytons. There is still something very very sinister about the whole case but weather or not we ever find out the truth [she didn't fall in] is another thing entirely. BUT I wish you had drilled down at critical moments!! Firstly, I was screaming at you to ask Peter about his thoughts on Thackerey saying she went at 1metre / second down the water...Peter alluded to this indirectly and rubbished Thackerey's whole video [quite rightly] but I wish you had asked him directly about what he thought about that. Also at the end, when you were talking about what actually happened and it not being suicide, I was hoping you'd ask him directly "do you believe N fell in or something more nefarious happened?" .....anyway......beyond that, well done for getting this interview, I believe the internet will go into meltdown over the coming days/weeks now especially 'the man in black'....my oh my LP what a complete s*** show!!

Whether the failure to recover Nicola was due to incompetence or deliberate deception, there appears to be criminal behavior on the part of the Lancashire Police. I believe the poor woman was murdered and for whatever reason, law enforcement was involved in covering up the crime. There is no way I would let this go if Nicola was my family member. What a shameful travesty of justice for the victim, the family, Mr. Faulding, and all citizens of the UK!

      This factor is very important, and actually very similar to the way the French police handle cases, even cases where there’s a known victim, as in the case of the British girl who was r***d and m******d on a river bank. The media showed people walking their dogs along the footpath the next morning, despite no fingertip search having been conducted!
      It’s also of course rather reminiscent of the Diana crash.
      What this says to me is that there’s either incompetence or deliberate intent involved - after the fact. And looking at the quantity and culpability of police in general these days, either would appear to be possible.

      You make a good point here. I am wondering if he’d said that after the police had checked what he thought was the target, and because they said nothing was there and he believed them. Hence why he would say she’s not in the river. Or if the police hadn’t been in at that point to search, then it doesn’t give what he says here in this video any credibility. If the former is true, if only he’d said “we’ve found what we believe to be a body, but the police have checked and dismissed it”, then it would have helped him massively and pointed fingers at the police. Overall it’s a very sad case that 2 children have lost their mum, although like many I’ve spoken to something doesn’t sit right with me that she’d have fallen into the river accidentally. Unless she was at the water’s edge trying to retrieve something for the dog like a ball, but having said that unless she’d planned to go near the water why would she leave her phone on a bench. Sort of thing you’d do to ensure you don’t drop it into the water or if you need to use both hands. It’ll always be one of those mysteries for the poor family.

    I never doubted Peter once. He spoke with such genuine authority and so honestly. When it was announced that he wouldn’t be invited to the inquest, that totally confirmed to me that there was a huge cover up going on.
    There is a channel called crime scene 2 courtroom who covered this case. The interesting thing he discovered was that the police kept calling Blackpool lane by another name, not once as a mistake, but deliberate and repeatedly! He found out that Lancashire police had got in touch with google and told them to re-name Blackpool lane on their maps, to the name that the police had kept calling it! Why? I recommend anyone to go and view that video, it is so suspicious.
    Finally, my only query is for what purpose and why would Lancashire police need to behave in such a corrupt manner over this case? Why would they want to keep her body in the river for so long? If Nicola could’ve been recovered so early on in the investigation, this would’ve made them look efficient and effective as a force, it would’ve been an absolute win for them and restored faith in them by the public! So why choose this option which has cast them in such a terrible light? It just makes no sense! It’s not like Nicola was linked to organised crime! It makes no bloody sense at all!
    I hope Peter can get his reputation restored, it’s criminal what has been done to him and how he has been thrown under the bus! Well done Peter on speaking the truth and for doing this interview. ❤

      Yes, Crime Scene 2 Courtroom did some good coverage. The channel "Mind Juice" also did some excellent coverage, which not only questions why LP wanted to change the name of Blackpool Lane so much but also shows some interesting potential connections to organised crime - a drugs ring in Blackpool involving a man believed to be Paul's brother and a man thought to be the brotherofthe "Psychic" who spotted Nicola's body in the reeds. Another common thread being that Becky Smith was senior officer in the case that put those guys in prison... probably nothing but perhaps Nicola was about to blow the lid on a large, undercover investigation and had to be silenced...?

There’s so many weird twists to this case and just makes me wonder why a ‘normal’ missing persons case became a global case when you consider how many people go missing! For this case to have generated such press coverage and attention, there’s obviously more to it than meets the eye and a deliberate attempt by the police to conceal and keep all eyes on the river and suicide story! It’s been really good conversing with you Houston. Thank you. Have a good evening my friend. ❤️

      AHH yes the man in black just like the mysterious murder of Dr David Kelly. The WMD fiasco. Three men in black on the side of the hill behind Harrow down Hill. No one knew who they were on the landing - they disappeared but the black attire and description could have been MI5 or GCHQ not Thames Valley police.
      Here we have a man totally in black. Was it a take down but the got the wrong lady. Someone knew her itinerary.
      It was mooted that Paul was a womaniser too (Emma, and Nicola sister had been dating Paul previously)

    Hi luke, Peter. Brilliant interview. So why did the police delay the discovery of Nicola. What are they trying to achieve. Its very suspicious. Has anyone ever spoke to the man in black . It seems that they missed her discovery and became irate when you said you found her. So said no it definitely wasn’t her. I support you Peter. I love your book. Thank you for my audio. You found her . I 100% believe that. Why did they hide it?
    Was she put there? Yes I believe that. But who did it and why? (Man in black)

  • @VK-qe7if
    @VK-qe7if 10 месяцев назад +47

    Wow this is really interesting, and also worrying. I never doubted Peter and his team, but when Nicola wasn't found straight away I and many others believed that she was being kept somewhere. That's still a possibility, and I've watched a few Psychic and Tarot readings that clearly point to Nicola being kept somewhere else, and then putting her into the river. So I'm not going to rule them out at all cause there was time for that to have happened. I don't understand the police at all, and why they denied what Peter had found ( which was Nicola's body) so what could their reason be for not diving themselves and recovering her body, it all sounds very cloak and dagger to me. But I still believe that it was 100% foul play, but the problem is proving it. Unless the police didn't want Nicola's body to be found so soon, because the longer a body is in water, the quicker the rate of decomposition is, and that in itself can hide much of the evidence of foul play. Poor Nicola didn't really have any chance of getting justice for what happened to her, but I still believe there is enough evidence out there to convict certain person/ persons involved. But it needs a better more qualified police force, and or experts in cold cases to reopen this sad case which reeks of a cover up. Remember the Madeline McCann case, Gonçalo Amaral suspected that Madeline died in the apartment, and suspected the parents, and then the British police took the case over, and hey presto, the McCanns are no longer suspects. Strange that. It's not what you know, its who you know. I'm glad Peter spoke out and told us the truth. The police have a lot of questions to answer, which I doubt they ever will. But you never know.

    • @Anita-gp1gv
      @Anita-gp1gv 9 месяцев назад +2

      What I found strange was there were no recriminations against the Mc Canns for leaving the children alone on an evening, they were able to take somebody away with them to care for all the children as they were all professionals. But no! Somebody even proffered Madeleine didn’t go to Portugal , it was really the daughter of the other Dr that looked very much like Madeleine. But I don’t know as I’m not an expert. But the youngest Chief Constable of Leicester allegedly unalived himself after he retired . He had said sometimes you accidentally find out some very unusual evidence when you least expect it in the most unusual of places. Mike Veale was assigned to Simons case . A colleague of John Wedger and investigator of CSA Operations. He was employed by Cleveland PCC Barry Coppinger who hired and fired Chief Constable constantly , he hired Mike Veale to fire him. There was a P Case in Hartlepool designed to incriminate Mike Veale , but Hurwood of the police had to pay for the crime of P orn found . But the guy at Leicester was a member of an Honorary Charity to the memory of Ted Heath PM ,and didn’t like Mike Veale. It was a queer case in policing that one too.

      The mcScams are such a pair of arrogant, selfish and smu individuals who are entirely culpable for the predicament their daughter ended up in. They are to blame & I don't believe she was kidnapped or just wandered off. Too many connections to powerful people, which is bizarre given that they are only a couple of doctors.
