I don't remember specifically but I want to say the stock 03 made like 23-25psi and the 04+ made more like 26-28psi. 03 turbo had 10 blades on the compressor and 04+ had 13 blades. Slightly more efficient but lost that amazing whistle. Performance wise, the small boost difference is hardly noticeable and with proper tuning, is completely irrelevant.
Gdx Llc I owned it for years and ended up selling it with almost 250k miles on in. No issues. Original injectors. Original EGR cooler. Etc.... Only major repair I ever had was the HPOP at 206k. A little extra preventative maintenance goes a long way with these 6.0s. Was very dependable for me. I rock an Audi S6 now but with kids in the near future, I look forward to going back to another Excursion 👌🏼
sorry for the delay, been super busy. It was surprisingly stock. All I had was an Atlas 80hp tune on my FICM and the 4" MBRP straight pipe exhaust. I didn't use tunes or anything because I didn't want to do head studs. Exhaust and a mild FICM tune wont stretch the oem head bolts on a 6.0L.

Mbrp claims that kit doesnt fix excursions, only f-250s/350s. Was that the exact kit you used for your excursion? Did you have any troubles making it fit? They are saying the hump over the rear axle is different on the trucks. The only kit i can find for a excursion is almost 500 dollars plus to have to buy a cat delete pipe also.

Razgriz100000 the only problem i have is im from NJ not only are the truck vastly over priced but they hide the rust.. i know i have rust on my truck from the brine solution and i fid a truck with "in NJ all its life" but no rust lol

whats the fuel economy of this? im living in germany, its hard enough to get it on the road here... but its so amazing...

Atlas 80 FICM tune. Stock everything else.
Exhaust is a 4" MBRP straight pipe from the turbo back.
