Will be interesting to see where those new dollars go on gear and which price point speaks to them.
Excellent vid, thank you for the non-biased opinion. Two quick considerations: 1. You always show ball speed, could you please consider showing club head speed as well as this is a major consideration/measurement for many people. 2. Have you two ever seen any Adam Young charts? Change his launch angle to 19 degrees with a +8 degree face angle at impact, ball spin below 2,000 and he will carry 330yrd vs 305yrds with the same swing and clubhead speed. I estimate his clubhead speed at about 123mph-126mph in this vid for that ball speed. That is a 330yrd carry with the figures I gave you. Try it, it's a game changer.
Id like to see the speed/dispersion on the misses. I love the SIM's speed, feel, and flight on my good ones even my slight missed ones seemed to go way offline.
Hi guys. Love ya. We need to see more mid to high handicap testing and fitting. Matt is a machine. Great for comparing products. But we learn more from how you select products for the average player.

Love your videos and honest analysis of the clubs you test. For golf club junkies, like myself....your channel is a MUST! Great work.....Thank You 🙏 Cheers from Winnipeg MB! 🥂🍻
I wouldn't read into that too much. From all the previous testing Matt is extremely familiar with the other ones but the TSi3 is brand new. They're all really good - buy the one whose look and sound you like the best and get it properly fitted. You can't go wrong with any of them.
Thus was great!!! I think I'm getting a new driver...and sleeping on the couch once my wife sees it...hahaha. Thanks guys for a great video once again.
Kudos to Titleist for finally becoming competitive in the driver market again. The rest of their product is so good and was always let down knowing the drivers were giving something up on the competition.
Great vid lads, the Razr is due an upgrade but it’s getting harder to decide which way to go. Going back into lockdown tonight so will benefit from another 6 weeks of TXG videos to figure it out
Not shocked at all at the results ,,, Matt's swing is so dialed in and at the top of his performance curve that I wouldnt expect anything else to be honest ,, his swing determines the performance and if you give him similar setups how can you expect anything else ? Unless one head is sooo vastly different as too alter the results I think you're going to continue to see the same thing with Matt over and over ,, great stuff as always Thanks !
Great comparison video. Also, love the advice about getting fit for a driver: All 4 are great, but you have to find the one that fits you. You guys rock!
Great video as always! Seems that those on a budget could take their existing driver head (given it is somewhat current) and get fitted and see similar results as a brand new set up--and maybe save some coin in the process.
Loving the channel! It’s nice to see how important strike and consistency are, as compared to all the fancy new technology claiming to improve this and that
Mattie gets impressive clubhead speed with a 3/4 swing. I'm at about 115-120, but have been thinking about shortening the swing for accuracy, instead of slowing the swing speed.
Pick the one that you think looks, feels and sounds the best, and fits your preferences. Love a heavy head? Ping is a great fit. Like a traditional look? Can't go wrong with tsi3. Looks like no matter what you pick, you won't be losing yards.
Highly regret getting fitted at TaylorMade.....should of gotten a non brand bias fitting for my whole bag.....i also live in Toronto and the world best fitting centre is in my own backyard.. Can I get the clubs I ordered “refitted/ looked at” from you guys?
@@clubchampionmedia do you guys have lists of recommended independent fitters? I'm in UK and would love an independent unbiased fitter for myself and the old man.
TSI drivers 2 models for now...As was the case with TS, TSI will launch with two models - TSi2 and TSi3. For what it’s worth, the TSi4 is already on the USGA conforming list and the expectation is that it, along with a TSi1, will join the lineup in 2021. Low spin version TSI4 I expect.
It should not be surprising that each of these perform well when struck by a terrific ball-striker. The Titleist, however, allows you to adjust for where you tend to hit on the clubface. So if you're a toe guy or a heel guy, you can move that back weight behind that strike tendency to maximize your results.
Another great video lads. Given there is no real difference with a clean strike, would be interested to see if a gap appears with off centre strikes? Are you able to pool together those results for another video? Haven’t seen anything like that in RUclips either. Cheers guys!
@@travisbrown1893 Suggestions, I have played the Tour Soft from titleist, Soft Feel from Srixon, Prov1 , Vice Pro Soft, only one I like is of course the Prov 1
You know I have to admit, these videos makes me think that I need to do more work to increase my potential distance as in my club head speed is nowhere near that. I am not saying I need to get exactly to this but narrowing the gap would be something. I view it more as a challenge for me though to improve myself and what I as an individual can do. I have tested newer drives like the Sim and even with current swing gaing at least 20yds a shot, 10 drives and that is 200. Currently using an old Callaway Big Bertha Alpha 815.
We have all know what these and other drivers can produce, to me, what it is going to come down to is how the player feels about its looks, feel, and preferred manufacture or loyalty to one vs the others. I know where I would go if I was in the market for a new driver and fairway wood. Yet, at this moment, my TS3 are serving their purpose just perfectly.....two years and counting!
This type of test shows how level the playing field is with drivers from manufacturers. All things being equal in this situation, the gamer of choice really has to come down to feel and looks.

Just did a fitting last week with the SIM, SIM max, TSi2, and TSi3 (I’ve tried the Mavrik before and didn’t like it, and they said Ping was so deep back ordered to not even waste the time), and the misses with the new Titleist were way more extreme. Also the ball speed was much lower compared to the SIM. I’ve played a lot of Titleist over the last 15 years, and had to make the switch to the SIM. Which I bought and will now never be able to hit solid again, I’m betting.
I think Matt needs to be specially fit for all drivers and do this test again! It makes me wonder if it’s worth doing a specialized fitting with every club as a qualification to compete in the 2021 bracket, so that Matt is swinging the best version of that driver, and knows that there’s little to no performance left off the table to be claimed with a fitting, when the competition is done. Would you guys agree a pre-fitting may yield a different competition outcome?

I splurged for my 40th birthday and got fitted for a R15 with an Accra shaft. The stock club itself, the ball flight is really low. I was told not to touch the settings as it was dialled in for me. I ended up increasing the loft of the driver to max as it was flying way too low. I can’t say I love the driver or the custom fit. I feel like I have to work really hard to make it work. I have hit some really long ones with it. The question is, is there any value for someone who plays in the low 90’s to get fitted? I feel like with my game any driver will do and the fitting was unnecessary.
