I think that it's wonderful that you are sharing what you are going through and trying to educate people. As I mentioned before, one of our close friends suffers with MS and it's awful watching how she suffers. I can't even imagine what it must be like to have it.

I have ME also known as CFS (chronic fatigue Syndrome) so I can totally sympathise with you. I get extremely fatigued. I have to manage my energy and like you choose what is important to me this week. Then plan rest days and the likes. I get what I would call brain fog where my head doesn’t work properly. My memory becomes very poor. I have learnt to manage as best I can but people don’t understand. I look normal. I don’t look ill. I also get an aching body. Like I have the flu and a number of other symptoms. Trying to explain how I feel to other people when I am having flare up or bad day can be so challenging. I think you have described fatigue really well in this video. I can sleep for 14 hours and still get up exhausted! 💤💤😴😴. I hope you are having a good day/week. RUclips is great. It’s partly why I started vlogging. I can edit videos when having an easier day it gives me something creative to do while resting. If having a slightly more challenging day In terms of the ME i can watch vlogs. Thank you for this video. I have never been brave enough to make a video on my condition partly because I wouldn’t know where to start! xx

One thing I love about RUclips, I can interact with the world without having to use hardly any energy to do it. Thank you so much for such a lovely and kind comment. Hope you are keeping well this week xx

Thank you for this video, very interesting to hear how Fatigue effects you. For me personally I don't really suffer with the mental type of MS fatigue, but I do have what I term concrete leg syndrome. This is where both of my legs feel like they been cast in concrete, they're not only tight and being squeezed (and burn with nerve pain) but they're also very heavy. Clearly this is because the muscles are no longer able to work efficiently. This really does wipe me out at times. Enjoying your videos, keep up the good work. Best - Neil.

Yes its sooo extremely exhausting and draining, so many people don't understand the effects of it, especially if their not dealing with it.

That really is the frustrating thing. But I have found it really nice to be able to talk to other people with MS who understand how it feels. x

Thank you for the video. I've just gone through a 3year + period of fatigue not really understanding what was happening to me. I can really relate to your to tired to pick up a fork story. Lucky I was prescribed Adderall for cognitive issues and surprisingly I'm myself again but still trying sort out what happened and why
