Good exercises. I find the music most of Silversneakers videos annoying because they do not match the tempo of the exercise and it throws me off. I do the videos with the volume down or muted.

Really feel good after these exercises, and my balance is improving.

Most of these steps are those that make up Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home Program. For those who are stronger you may want to try that.

This is a simple fix ~ watch video with your volume turned off/down. Hope that helps you! Blessings!❤

Whatever happened to what NASA taught us about the trampoline. It worked for the astronauts for many many many years now we have to come up with all these new things. The trampoline will also help older people with their balance.

Yes that is good exercise, just may be more risky for seniors, basing this on what happened with a neighbor.

@@sharonnelson5507 I fully understand your comment. But with a lot of the trampolines, which I would advise, patience to use, is the ones with handles and not get too caught up on RUclips exercise routines.

I wish they would say what weight are the dumbbells?

It’s resistance training; exercises bands, dumbbells, etc., just add extra weights or resistance to your body weight.

Any evidence that these exercises works for improving bone density? I do weights to maintain strong bones.

Weights are the best although the body itself has load.

I would love to do these exercises but the music is too much. I can’t stand to listen to it.

The music doesn't go with the exercise, better off without it.
