    I liked the segment in the video about a slower controlled shot to be consistent at hitting the driveway. I have difficulty with my driver control, so using a 3 or 5 wood works better for me. Thanks for the tips. Keep them coming.

    was fun to watch, hadn't seen much about your trip to lake geneva, other than some stuff on the putting green called the Dancefloor. know this was taken awhile ago, but we need to cover the mic with a towel or something to cut down the wind noise, most of you comments are hard to hear, would be a good idea to get a portable you can wear (not sure where you'd put it, 🤔😍 but I'm sure you could figure it out). thanks for sharing

    Always good to remind players of the basics. Good video, awesome golf course. I have no issues finding the fairway or getting to the green in regulation, my challenge has always been the short game I lose shots either on chipping or too many putts. Got to keep working on my game. My boys are wayward off the tee but once on the green they rarely three putt, crazy!!!!!

    Thank You again Paige..This is a GREAT lesson, but not many will apply it sadly. It was SOOOO hard for me to stop trying to kill the ball, but to just settle with 50yrds shorter and in the fairway.. Once I quit doing that, dropped my handicap to a 9..now if I could just putt worth a crap! LOL

  • @Finarphin

    I would like to suggest you make a video of your swing, from various angles: front, back, side, etc., and have enough repetitions to make up about 10 minutes or more. There is a school of thought that holds it is useful and effective for unskilled person to gain skill in movement just by watching. As someone once said, you can observe a lot, just by watching. I'm also looking at my desktop cam: it's about the size of a ball. What about a ball's eye view of the clubhead (just for fun) -- ka-pow. Thanks for your video series, it's helping me.

    Hi Paige. Good video. I normally play a low draw drive. I can hit a high hook drive when I want distance and wind permits. Have trouble hitting a fade. Often, I just hit a straight drive without any fade when I try a fade drive. {For this shot, why are you suggesting moving the ball back in your stance?} Thanks.

    Great tip Paige! Having a "B" swing is critical when the regular swing isn't getting it done. Next you should do a tip on what to do after a bad shot off the tee. Try to pull of some great recovery? Or just take your medicine and get it back in good position?

    • @halfkraazy
      @halfkraazy 4 года назад

      After a bad tee shot, blocked out by tree trouble. We all see that gap through to the green or fairway, but not many of us can hit the gap. Usually put myself ob or still out of position. It's hard to take the medicine

    Our longest par four at our local is also index no.1. I often hit 2 iron off it and if I crush it I can still make 7 or 8 iron in. 2 Iron also allows me to hit over the tree which blocks half of the fairway if I push it a touch with a longer club. Even a smashed driver just off center to the right will be blocked with OOB all the way down the left. Driver is just too scary on that hole for me.

    I love this! I bought a new driver and my “A” swing only hits the center of the fairway 40% of the time. My old driver doesn’t go as far, but I’m dead straight 90% of the time. I have to use my “B” swing for my new driver to hit it straight. It’s super frustrating. But I would much rather have confidence in my drives than to get on the tee box fingers crossed 😆.

      Michelle J My old set is my starter set. I have women’s Callaway Solaire 2018. I also have a few women’s callaway 2019 big Bertha irons and pitching wedge. The big Bertha irons are my favorite. The solaire driver that came with my set is very forgiving, but you really have to use your hips to get a lot of distance. I just recently upgraded to the Callaway women’s Maverik driver and the women’s Maverik Max irons. The women’s flex shaft on my new driver is just way too flexible. I have hit some really long drives with this driver, but it’s definitely not as forgiving as my old driver. I rarely get the Maverik out of my bag. The Maverik irons are ok, but I still think I like the feel of the big berthas better. My most favorite club I own is my women’s callaway Mack daddy 56 degree. I use it the most of all my clubs. It’s the perfect weight and bounce. I’m definitely not a great golfer, but I really enjoy the game. Having a good set of clubs you can be confident with, no matter the brand or price is key! I thought getting a more expensive set would instantly improve my game. I was so wrong 😆. It’s all about what fits you and your game the best! Hope this helps you some! 😊

    Paige...I just watched your Sports Illustrated interview where you talked about cybersmile and the bullying in your life and your SI Swimsuit experience. I just wanted to reach out and say GOOD ON YOU LADY!!!!! You are beautiful and sexy and smart. Never forget that people who bully either have been abused themselves or they are cowardly jealous. They don't actually hate you. They just don't know what to do with their self hatred. All that being said I THINK YOU ARE FANTASTIC. You are a bright bright light in this world - doing what you love. I hope you have a partner that is as fun and sexy and respectful and loving and as good at golf as you are. :) YOU FKN DESERVE IT! All the best to you lady. Keep it up.
