Each racial "anthem" is perfectly to the people it represents. The humans starts subtle, but quickly becomes very grandiose and triumphant. The Asuras is complicated, yet sounds very simple, and is interpreted at a more intellectual level. The Norn is huge and epic, getting bigger and bigger, and making you feel epic. The charr's is triumphant, but also rough and complex, and really reminds you of battle. Lastly, the sylvari anthem is quiet and beautiful, and gives light to the aspirations of the race it represents, briefly becoming large before quickly going back to being artsy and reserved. Absolutely stunning.
Hi Squall, basically this is how I laid it out. 24:45-25:30 is the instrumental version of Fear Not This Night, the final measure is stretched and faded into the full piano version of the song, but I had to pitch shift it to match the key of the instrumental. 25:30-27:12 is back into an edited version of the piano theme, then this transitions at 27:12 back into the instrumental version which is stretched in the last measure and faded at the end. Both these tracks are already in my GW2 playlist.
Thank you very much for the compliment. This soundtrack has grown on me quite a bit more than most, I guess it shows with what I've been putting time into, lol.
I love it! Now I always play this while I'm playing GW2! Thanks so much for upload the complete OST. Amazing game, amazing soundtrack!!! Thanks, man! (LIKE/SUBS)
Thanks! Although I have to say, now that I've had a chance to listen to this suite on RUclips through various sound systems, there are a few spots of minor distortion, subtle clicking and volume fluctuations that I'm working on correcting. I didn't spot these before I uploaded this though, because this was done entirely on a specific pair of headphones and the problems were not so prominent. Not sure about uploading this a second time, but I may well just offer the revised version as a download.
Pleeeease GW2 OTS fans help me!!! In divinity's reach, generally near the banks (ministers waypoint) there is a very simplistic, yet gorgeous violin solo the plays, a lot, anyone know it and what it is called???
Can you put a list of the songs you used in the description? I'd hate to be a pest and ask what song is at certain parts. You did an excellent job putting these together, by the way. :) I love GW2's soundtrack--it's the reason why I started playing the game in the first place.
Hey, I was just curious. What track version is the "Fear Not This Night"? The beginning is different than any version I have on file, and honestly... I -love- the way it transitions around 27:12.

Jeremy Soule is a champ. Blows Zimmer out of the water in my opinion.
really great interpretation!
But imo both Soule and Zimmer are top-notch composers in their own right lol
Even now, in 2019 ... 23:57 once that main theme hits ... Still tear up a bit.
tru

I literally -just- noticed them. It looped from the Suite to Overture, so I went back to listen to the Suite again, and Dragon Bash was there!

SGTBizarro thanks for you hard work and dedication. Did you post a like for download on this?
Thanks for reminding me! I've added a few tracks from Dragon Bash to the playlist.
I think Sgt. Bizarro is gonna get me back into GW2... again.
Very nice work!
You might want to consider listing the pieces used in the Description since you seem to get asked a lot. ^ ^
Other than that, masterfully done.
Ending with the best song... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah !
I'm right there with you :)
If Jeremy and Marty O'Donnell worked together ... I don't think the wold could handle the awesomeness.
Well.... 8 years of playing.. :)
The best part, is he did. Lol. I'm back to playing it every day. :D

I may be pretty late, cause you commented thus seven years ago, but... It's the Instrumental Version, let me look for the link
ruclips.net/video/xV6PsSUs5ow/видео.html here you are, hope it's not too late :)
you could put the names of each song!
Is there any chance you can upload the video (or maybe even a download link) for this particular arrangement you've made? :D
what is the title of this song? 15:56
How come the picture shows the heroes that follow you in your storyline except for the Chars? :o that isn't Rytlock !
What's the song name at 11:05?
I know I shouldn't ask this, but is there any news on the ever-elusive Dragon Bash theme?
