The music suits a lot the gameplay of each character.. Nero - pretty classic hack n slash experience. V - i don't know what I'm doing but it seems to be working.. Dante - hard to learn but godly to use with all of the stuff he has.. Vergil - here's the op character just press buttons, have fun!

Everyone else talking rightly about Subhuman and Bury The Light, but I gotta be straight up, Crimson Cloud's growing on me real hard as well. Some revolutionary feels going on with "Brothers in the Dark - Fight for your Life!". Not to mention how it's V motivating both Vergil and Dante to keep pushing forward. Very nice little detail. It's also a callback to DMC: Devil May Cry when Vergil lead a cell of rebels.
The tempo of the instrumentals give me a feel of someone who is running low on time. This of course matches well with V who is literally crumbling over the course of the game. Such context really makes every fight he’s in feel like it’s taking even more out of his life as it is.
I seem to be one of the few people who likes Dante's battle theme the most, so I'm mega stoked that it's virtually the same ingame as it is from the soundtrack.

All DMC a song have a deep connection with me. I don’t understand why, but it just makes sense for me. For example, Vergil, is the emotion of greed and obsession for more power. Nero song is about letting out his emotions, without holding them back. Dante’s song represents him trying not to become sad or mourn. Or in this case, “erupt”. He wants to “explode”.

"Never Surrender" or "Throat Full of Glass" wouldn't work very well in the mainline DMC entries and "Devil Trigger" or "Bury the Light" wouldn't quite match the grittier, edgier style of the reboot. Might be worth an edit to test it out, though.

@@justsomegamer5932 DmC's ost slaps, no doubt about it, but I'd keep it separately simply because of the intended themes. "Never Surrender" or "Throat Full of Glass" wouldn't work very well in the mainline DMC entries and "Devil Trigger" or "Bury the Light" wouldn't quite match the grittier, edgier style of the reboot.
Might be worth an edit to test it out, though.
