It has always been one of my biggest paranoia that my vehicle breaks down out in the bush (to the point I get my vehicle and suspension checked very regularly). Your comprehensive spare parts list is fantastic and gives me a good idea of what I should carry on my next off-road trip!

@Low Range WA Of course we all like to carry all the things we want on a trip, but we have to keep an eye on the vehicle weight, not exceeding the GVM.
If you keep having to rebuilt your altinator then why not build a plate under your 80 like I have that stops all the dirt and sticks and rocks from getting up in the engine bay and winch and radiator and stop the problem from happening.

he carries the brush set to fix bad brushes.
In 10 years i've had to change the brushes twice. This is not too bad. I haven't had to rebuild an alternator.
