Some 22 years ago I sold a lot of vinyl to Craig when he was over in the UK. He came to my house, sat down and spent 6 hours one Saturday evening thumbing through box after box after box. His knowledge across the board of music was immense - I was able to fill some gaps with info on lesser well known British acts and he was a thorough pleasure to spend some time with. Things got surreal when he started taking phone calls at my dining table - first up was Ahmet Ertegun, followed soon after by Rod Stewart. He even named my newly acquired Labrador pup. Top bloke.
Reissue AAA Led Zeppelin records please Mr. Kallman
Yes! But a record cut from 96/24bit is a whole lot better than a record cut from a CD 44.1k/16 bit! But I agree, nothing beats a record cut from tape!
Crack open that Atlantic vault and get those analog master tapes!
I hope they hit him up for a lot of stuff in the catalog!!! Chad already has the stampers for a lot of it.
Long live vinyl and all the people that make it possible.
Fantastic Video. I enjoyed every minute, nothing like two good friends discussing their love of collecting records and the similar roads travelled to reach your goals. Chad you have definitely put SALINA, Kansas on the map! They should name a street in your honor!
Loved listening to these two gentlemen. Their passion for vinyl is contagious. Just hope Chad keeps putting out quality product :)
Great Video! Thank you so much! Shout Out Kassem and Kallman Thank you
Craig your an awesome guy man love and respect brother.
I love this story, watching for the third time now!😊
The more I watch these videos on people's passions for our hobby, makes me hyped up more about it! Every time!
Great insight Chad....more soon please!
Another great video! I always love the guests you bring on your channel. The guests are so informative and the discussions always useful. I look forward to all the interviews you do.
that was REALLY great!! I knew Ahmet's story, but had never heard Craig's! So great to see both of your passion and collection .. long live Vinyl!

Yes love these stories...
Kallman has written a nice intro to Matt Lee’s new book on the Rolling Stones, “Hot Stuff.”
2 interesting stories - Kallman playing at some amazing NY clubs & the fact he started with house music scene.
Chad buying probably the most iconic Chicago house label, record presses.
Can youuuu feeeel it
Mr Kallman, remember Free Being records? The Latin music record store in the 42nd street subway? Great days in the old NYC!
That was funny about buying in imports at the end there! In the UK we always thought/knew that our pressings were better ;-)
Is there some Atlantic records coming to analogue productions?
Mingus "Blues & Roots" was announced by Chad in a video a couple months ago, and now appears in the 2021 Analogue Productions insert.
What’s the big floyd box on the table in front?
Welcome to Earth
AAA reissues of ATLANTIC JAZZ SERIES please.
👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
😈👌
An hour of background music for analog/vinyl porn worse than background music for actual porn.
things are getting serious^😋
yeah... can't forget what he did to Lupe Fiasco.
Wow Lady Elaine Fairchilde had a son?
I just want to be their best friend. Why is that too much to ask.
I always forget that it was Inner Circle and not UB40 who did Sweat. Wow... between that and Bad Boys, two pretty problematic songs today in 2021. Sean Paul is a legend though. Soundtrack of 2003.
Comment payer les mc intosh 🤣
