Grandma is THEEEE sweetest, too cute and sweet. Cherish your family, I lost both of my parents in a 1.5 yr time span and a couple of aunts, uncles and cousins. Enjoy your family and visit them as much as you can. Blessings ❤

Your mother is absolutely a natural beauty. You are so blessed to have a close family. After my grandmother died, everyone never gets together and everyone is so hateful, especially to me. I was the only one who took care of my grandmother until the day she died before I was in law school, during college. My grandfather loved me and sitting shotgun in my convertible 650i Black BMW. He got such a kick waving at his friends while I drove him around the beach.
This is a very genuine depiction of the hospitality in Little Rock Ak. My neighbor asked me to go with him back home to visit. I drove some of the way and we got to his family's home to set up was just like this. A lot of love, family and a lot of food.❤❤ Put me straight to sleep.

It’s amazing how we both grew up in SW Little Rock!! Rally’s and churches always hit for me and back then it was a sims bbq restaurant next to it!!

Thanks to YT for recommending your channel, Alex. I've been enjoying all those food places you do in LA and now I got to meet your family and see your hometown. I grew up by The Big Sears near downtown LA.....on Soto & Olympic, back in the 50's and spent a lot of time with my dad's family that had 3 houses all in a row on 83rd street & Manchester. My auntie raised chickens in the backyard of the middle house. Since I don't get up to LA anymore I watch videos like yours on YT. It's been a real trip down memory lane. ❤

Fish with Spaghetti is a Mississippi thing, too. Folk took that with them during the Great Migration to the Midwest. My grandfather was born in Mississippi, but he always put chicken kegs in the pot with his Spaghetti. Me and my cousin used to be mad because we wanted ground beef meatsauce. The food at the house looked some good. Your Momma looks GREAT! Beautiful family.
I'm from MS and never had that or heard of until my cousin from Rockford, IL said that's a thing up there. In school we would have chicken and spaghetti.
Fish with spaghetticould be a lent meal- no meat.
It’s a black thing in general Ig bc a lot of Southerners never ate or heard of it but then again a lot do.
My grandparents migrated to the Midwest (Chicago) and you have to have spaghetti with fish ❤

My grandfather was from there and I moved to Compton after I graduated from high school in Mississippi and was discharged from the Air Force. I went to Culinary school in Charleston, South Carolina(Johnson & Wales). let's do something positive about Charleston. You will be truly amazed. can guarantee you. Cooking good food as a business and being successful is more complex than you think! Pay attention to where you go and learn how to really identify with a gem! You still learning and I mean this respectfully. Take it from a certified chef!

If you ever go to OKC, Cafe Kacao is one of the best restaurants I've ever had. Its a Guatemalan breakfast/brunch joint. I'm from LA, but I still think of taking a trip back to OKC just for their food.

I never heard of fried fish & spaghetti, only fried chicken & spaghetti. I love hot sauce & mustard on my fried fish. I'm originally from Jacksonville, FL.
