another excellent video Stewart & Alina- very infomative use of simple techniques but very effective -thank you, what a magic location in Scotland to fly - Just love it!!! again thank you for a fantastic video!
I don't use them these days. I do so much solo active track that I need to try and put the controller in my bag without nudging the sticks. So I just got used to taking them off. I find you actually get more control.
@@DroneFilmGuide , that made me wonder ... Do you sometimes use phones or walkie-talkies for the drone pilot to give directions to the subject in the shot (Alina in this case)? For instance, having the bride & groom carry an inconspicuous phone (watch? earpiece?) or walkie-talkie and giving them directions (timing queues) to synchronize with the drone movement will expand the possibilities for cool action shots! You can also create great tutorial videos on the technique ;)
You'd think so but I actually find it offers more control. Started doing it because I fly solo a lot and the sticks get knocked when I'm doing active track and I need to hide the controller.
Wa-hay. And we’re off. Excellent film and brilliant tips. Great to have you back at it… keep at it!
Appreciate the kind words!!
Oly Moly, I'm inspired. Thanks.
Great fun and I’m loving the scenery. I must visit Scotland again soon!
Very Cool !!!!

Appreciate the comment! Sometimes the simplest shots are the best!
Bro where is joy "sticks" ?

Amazing location!!!!! Like # 400.
Great shots Stewart, thanks for sharing.
Thank you Ron!!
i love it ❤
Thank you love your teaching skills
Thank you for the kind words!
Great fun video! The best part was to see even you actually screw up sometimes and you adjust your plan quickly! :)
Sure thing! I was pretty pleased with the outcome given the amount of things that went wrong!

Lol good job! As we said it’s important to have fun! 🤩
Very happy to see you here - thank you for the comment! Indeed, we're trying to focus more on this kind of content!
Always a pleasure watching your videos and learning from you. Tip: communicate via AirPods and mobile phones or earphones and UHF.
Great tip thank you! Better than trying to shout from a 100m away to Alina who has a drone buzzing in her ear!
Good video Stuart 📸👍
Much appreciated!
Let's be honest here, any shot with Alina in it is going to be a good shot. Seriously though, that was great info. Thanks to both of you. 🦘😎👍
Appreciate the comment (and so does Alina!!!).
that are some god shots
Superb! Many thanks!
Absolutely brilliant I accept your challenge but loved the word -opps got that wrong PMSL🤣🤣🤣 Well done
Very good video Stuart
you got good hands!
amz vid! do another with neo too pls 😁!
lol fantastic.
Do you always fly your drone without the sticks?
I do actually.
Isn't that on Rannoch Moor?
Sure thing.
Hmmm.... there are no sticks in the controller??
Makes it easier to chuck it in a bag for solo focus track moves...now I prefer it that way!
Surprised to see you not using the sticks to control the drone. Isn’t that less precise and a bit more dangerous for your drone and the subject?
You'd think so but I actually find it offers more control. Started doing it because I fly solo a lot and the sticks get knocked when I'm doing active track and I need to hide the controller.
@@DroneFilmGuide interesting!
антены не правиьно направлены! новички так даже не снимают
Why? He's not flying high. The antennas are almost level to the drone.
