Going to the gym is easy preparing food that hits your macros and taste good enough to eat everyday is the challenge. You can give people meal plans all you want but if the shit is nasty they’re not gonna stick to it.
I get you man. I know how much it sucks when you can't eat the food that you love and that makes the journey 10x harder than it is. Have you experienced this too?
@ yep was chicken and broccoli guy for a long time was sick of it. Now I work a job working 12 hours shifts last thing I want to do is cook. Especially if I’m going to mess it up. I can’t season to save my life I either put too much or not enough. It’s hard to stick with that week after week when you’re sick of the taste after two days.
