hey mate, i just bought a drone 330$ from ali, it has a bait dropper on it, not sure how far the dropper will work but i have had the drone out to 1km. so you can fly your bait out and drop it out way past how far you can cast. it's caller a k11 tubro drone. this thing would have been insane to have back in my shark fishing days lol floating ballons out can be a pain.
Yeah, I'd caught a decent salmon off there a few weeks before with the Slippery Dog 80F... So I knew they were around. Some were there around burley bags, but we couldn't get them to bite. Good result in the end.
This spot on the breakwater is good. The jetty is always pretty good for squid and tommies (herring). Other jetties are close and worth considering, including Moonta and Port Hughes. I have other vids on Port Hughes and my first vid was on Wallaroo jetty. My advice is to use burley and fish an hour either side of high tide. Good luck!
yep get your self a hand spear and get into the water, you will clean up but swimming in some of those dark water down there can be kinda fun, and nothing like the feeling of not knowing what just touched you on the leg
Nice feed there Matty, good mixed bag aswell. Cant beat a feed of crabs and squid 🙌
Yeah it was a good day out!

Good work. If you love drone fishing keep watching 👀
Good days fishing is always fun. Good to change up gear to see what's on the bite.
