Running an Agarose Gel - University of Leicester

Today in my biochemistry lab, my agarose gel did not form properly. When I removed the comb from the gel, it was not solidified enough and so I didn't get my wells to form lol, but this video makes me feel more confident for my next labs! 6 hour labs for the lose

How long (minutes) is necesary to running the electrophoresis?
