A brief insight of an Domestic EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report)

A brief example of an EICR being conducted , I haven't gone into too much detail for many reasons (1. this is not an instructional /training video 2. It will go on for too long 3. I have a monotone drone voice that will put you to sleep.)
The video is cut short as I was waffling on!
Sequence of tests:
*Safe isolation and dead testing
*Continuity of protective conductors, Inc MPBC and Supplementary bonding, continuity of Rings and Radial circuits
*Insulation resistance
*Live testing, Ze,Zs, polarity, PFC,RCD & Functional

Wow someone’s done a proper EICR for a change.👍 point of note the arethusa reading should be 1.76 times greater than the line and neutral. You did a good job there mate .👍

Your voltage indicator is it a UNI-T ?

I think that one is a TIS 👍🏻 Fluke was my favourite voltage indicator
