Given the information shown in this video, Blue actually could have had a really good case on Valid Ls, just because he didn’t directly make those screenshots, he’s posted enough.. “evidence” to convince a jury that he incited it to some extent (directly or indirectly). She could’ve brought him up on numerous charges after the fact too, including harassment. Any decent civil lawyer could’ve gotten a subpoena from Twitter so they could get the info on the owner of the valid Ls account, and sued him to the ground.

Given the information shown in this video, Blue actually could have had a really good case on Valid Ls, just because he didn’t directly make those screenshots, he’s posted enough.. “evidence” to convince a jury that he incited it to some extent (directly or indirectly). She could’ve brought him up on numerous charges after the fact too, including harassment. Any decent civil lawyer could’ve gotten a subpoena from Twitter so they could get the info on the owner of the valid Ls account, and sued him to the ground.

The lawsuit will start with 'Plaintiff Vs John Doe' with some other legalese just in case more than one person happens to run the account and they have that covered if they discover it as such later on down the road.
If the courts find that the lawsuit is credible, they will go ahead and allow a subpoena to go through and force the social media company for the I.D./IP address etc belonging to the user in question If the social media company fails at defending the privacy rights of the user if the actions of the user are not protected by free speech and they acted malicious by faking "evidence" and knowingly lied about the other party. Of course, if it where a criminal matter, the steps are different, obviously. Social media companies will not defend a user who partook in criminal activities such as dealing, trafficking etc.

My daughter swore she was trans for two years and made it her obsession. Wouldn't talk about anything else. Ten other girls in her class were the exact same way. They all started cutting themselves and ranting to each other about how cis/het people are trying to commit geocide against them every day. A poll conducted at her school said that 40% of the school identified as trans or non-binary. That is literally impossible.
After going to therapy for a while, she has, by herself, decided that the LGBTQ community is a vile cult-like group that tricked her into believing she was something she was not, and she is just so glad she didn't take it further than she did. Now, she is back to makeup and skirts and is actually happy. I never once shared my opinion on trans people with her. Knew it would pass so no use getting worked up. Only got her into therapy for the cutting (Which she also learned from social media glorifying cutting, it turns out.)
After two years, 10 of the 11 girls are back to being "cis". The other one of the other girls attempted to burn her own house down because her dad wouldn't pay to have her breasts cut off and went to a mental hospital, apparently.
Moral of the story, get help if you have the legit mental illness that causes you to be trans and get help if you were brainwashed by hundreds of LGBTQ influencers that say the reason you're uncomfortable in your body during puberty isn't because you're going through puberty, but because you're trans.
Fuck, we need to just find a cure at this point. Legit trans people are suffering mentally and are spreading their suffering to innocent kids like some sort of social contagion. Most of us are just sick of it.
Note: I do agree with the part I do agree that Blue shouldn't be on here. That story doesn't really fit the theming here. So at least we can agree on one thing.
