- Out for some water bashing fun! Another love of mine in the rc world! I actually started running boats as a kid before cars! This is mainly featurng my TFL Pursuit that is fully reinforced running a Leopard 4074 2000kv and Turnigy 180amp ESC with a Dasboata 1716 prop. This is a hot setup so I'd recommend cooldowns between packs if running in warm water. Also some footage of my Dad and I just water bashing having fun!

@RCDUDE81 Yeah, I'm sure. Boats are more difficult to tune and set up. Especially for those speed runs. Yeah I gotta get my fishing boat repaired. Rc fishing boats are fun.

Haha love the retrieval gadget 😁 Back in the mid 90's I raced boats for a couple summers, I had a 3ft Budweiser hydrofoil boat with a OS 60 nitro airplane engine on it, My grandfather made me some custome rudders out of old lawn mower blades, that thing would turn on a dime, back in those days you couldn't get parts like you can these days, you had to learn to make your own damn parts or have a awesome grandfather to make them for you, lol Love the boat content, those electric boats fricn rip 🔥

Man I'm glad ur having fun but I spent thousands on rc boats just to find out - fuck rc boats!!!! No matter what batteries u run they get HOT and run for 5 min. Fuck that ! Connections melt, boat dies have to go recover it. RC boats = waste of money.
Sorry to hear about your experience! I've been running rc boats since the 90's. It's definitely a different ballgame than rc cars but I love it. Batteries and boat setup are very important in a successful run!
