    Hello!
    New subscriber to your channel. Great video & set up. Quick question, what size is your trailer? And what size of axles?
    Thanks in advance

      Thank you and welcome! This is a 6 x 12 with just the standard size axle.

    Thanks for sharing you are very thorough straight to the point my job has started doing carpets which my team is learning could you do a video if you hadn’t on how to connect the hoses and wand to the chief 2 itself to check that the water is getting hot thanks in advance or direct me to a video which shows that

    @All Things Clean!! What is the connector on the front of the truck mount that says solution for? Because clearly the clean water hose is connected from the pump through the propane heater.

    • @Metalhead0426
      @Metalhead0426  11 месяцев назад +1

      That's basically for priming the solution line. I use it mostly to fill the prespray jug.

      @@Metalhead0426 cool. So do you just mix in your fiber rinse with the water in the large clean water tank or does the rinse somehow inject the rinse into the pump?

    • @Metalhead0426
      @Metalhead0426  11 месяцев назад

      @@newcreation07 It has a separate rinse container that gets injected into the solution line. Its got a rinse meter on the front of the machine where you can turn it up and down or off.

      @@Metalhead0426 ahh ok. It must be designed to where it can inject it into the solution line without it affecting the gpm and the pressure.

      @newcreation07 yes that is correct

    honestly never heard of a truckmount that tops out at 700psi but if im being honest you dont need super high psi witht he right pre spray and aggetation at that point just need to rinse it

    Is a propane truck mount worth buying ?

    • @Metalhead0426
      @Metalhead0426  10 месяцев назад +1

      I say yes because it makes things more simple but I havent owned any other truckmount to give a fair answer.
      Any one else is welcome to share their opinion.

    The tcs warrior only tops out at 700 psi?

    • @Metalhead0426
      @Metalhead0426  Год назад

      That is correct. But it has a higher GPM than any portable or ETM that I have ever had.

      I’m confused cuz the specs have it at 1200 psi. I’m getting a brand new TCS warrior installed in my van in two weeks and will be disappointed if it only maxes out at 700 psi, I do a lot of tile& grout cleaning. Is 700 psi even enough to spin my tile tool?

    • @Metalhead0426
      @Metalhead0426  Год назад +2

      @@brunomarcum1494 Not sure why the specs say 1200 unless thats TCS chief specs but 700 psi is plenty. I do t/g with no agitation with good results. The gpm is where you get your cleaning power.

    • @brunomarcum1494
      @brunomarcum1494 Год назад

      @@Metalhead0426 yeah the specs online definitely say 1200 psi for the warrior. I mean I guess the good heat helps too. There is a video of a seller showing the machine running and turning the pressure knob and it shows it go up to 1,000 psi, you might wanna see if your knob has it governed.

    I would like to thank you for making this video upon my request; because I have done extensive research and I have not found anything on the operation of this unit. You're the first to expound on the operation of the TCS Warrior on the 1st of January, 2023. 2023 is the year for all owner operators or all kind. I appreciate you for making this well illustrated video upon my request.
    Happy New Year and may 2023 be another successful year for us all.

      I definitely appreciate the fact that you made this video. My TCS Warrior has been stored for a couple of years. While it sat I've been sourcing all of my tools and wands from the Zipper (thanks to Erik Hiltz) to the Devastator 4 jet. Yes, I know that the Zipper operates at a 9 flow+ I couldn't resist a deal on it from a client of Erik's. This is why I like this industry because people are helping people and we learn and grow together from it. Have a great year and I'll definitely keep watching.
