i literally would love to clean carpets as a full time job, whether or not i ever end up doing it I am glad to see people out there offering advice and showing what they do!!
I really want to learn to do carpet cleaning. I recently started my own cleaning business. I'm asked if I clean carpet. Of course, I say no! I feel as if I'm being rejected from being called for doing move in move out cleaning. Thank you for this video ❤
@@carolromero2443 simple answer to that is buy a carpet cleaning machine and a container of cleaner and get started a rotary scrubber machine is useful if you search around a 1000 bucks should get you started with decent enough equipment which you later upgrade to increase cleaning capacity and speed of results
true , its much more labor intense and can take a toll on you especially using a portable, i never had a truckmount but i think its much easier still lotta physical work and when u work alone u do everything so it takes longer @@cassk9999
Love the good Advice my friend. Start small and build up into a realistic business. Some people may get in and realize it’s just not for them. Work into the DEEP END of the pool by slowly moving up from the shallow end. The experience along the journey is so valuable ❤️. Great video & results 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆
@KoKidChaz only if you're lazy or out of shape and looking for a handout. It's a little work but not that bad. You can rest if you're tired. If you can't handle this, then just be a cashier at Dollar General.
Hi pls im sorry to bother you but im looking to start thia carpet cleaning business soon. My question is - what is the truck mount? Is that the Hydramater Boxxer 421?
I’m just getting started in the biz. I cleaned some tile floors already, but haven’t attempted a carpet yet. I don’t have a crb, so what would you do if you didn’t have that crb? I only have the wand so far for carpets.
Hello I live in ny brooklyn Always I watching U video And I want to start my cleaning business Can U give me a list for all tools and products I need it for start
Hey I love videos and I am new to doing carpet cleaning. Lately I have been getting a lot of cleans where there is candle wax in the carpet. I am able to get some of it out but I wanted to know if you had info about getting it out. TIA.
I find it's kind of pointless to move things that aren't ever moved unless you have messy pets. A good vacuuming is enough if there is space under heavy objects otherwise. I've had carpets cleaned with and without pets... And this is my opinion from my experience.
@@greenrhinoproject Literally just bought your course. Very excited to get started. Thank you for the inspiration. I have a low speed and an Oreck that all I could get for now.
@@jharper74 congrats Your set up will do just fine . Remember if chem dry can be as big as they are you to can make a living off that setup. Keep pushin !
Uff, that carpet has seen its day. I'd say tear it up and put in vinyl plank flooring. Carpet is an infested mold keeper. One more thing, why didn't the customer have ALL the furniture moved to a spot like a garage. In the past when I've "had" carpet, I made sure all the furniture was removed except for the concert grand piano. That simply had legs to go around with brass casters so no rust.

It’s good money if you work for yourself but a lot harder work than it looks in a video but worth it

Keep it up brother! You've inspired me to start back putting out content again this new year.
what's your prices per room > do you charge to pre vac or ask customer to vac.
Thanks for the knowledge I needed

That's it man your doing great work also Thanks for the support
This a hard job physically and mental ?
@KoKidChaz only if you're lazy or out of shape and looking for a handout.
It's a little work but not that bad.
You can rest if you're tired.
If you can't handle this, then just be a cashier at Dollar General.
@greenrhinoproject hey what kind of sprayer are you using....looks like there's a motor on the back?
You own a carpet cleaning business? @pjo1964
Even if I got a truck mount, I'd save my portable as a backup or for places the hoses don't reach like upper floors of a building etc.

What brand of corner guards are in the video? looking for a good brand if you can point me in the way.
How much psi is that mount?
Why did I immediately see the carpet needed stretched at one point. The attention to detail in this industry is crazy
Great video! what greensafe solution do you use?
Carpet details and Procyon
Does this vaccum or the orek get up crunchy poop? Im scared ill pick the wrong vaccum
Can I use my f150 pickup for my setup?…
Do you feel like the power flight works as well as a CRB for pre scrub?
yes
Is that a westpak 14"
What’s your psi and how many jets are you running?
4 jets this job was 400 psi.
A great result. Thank you for your business tips.
How do you figure a estimate for the customer?
After you sprayed it you pulled out some sort of blue machine. What was it?
CRB Machine....lifts the pile, agitates the pre spray to help loosen the soil from the carpet
What kind of chemicals are you using?
How can the homeowner expect to clean the carpet without using chemicals?
When you use the wand. Do you spray forward and suction reverse? I have my own housecleaning business and ill love to know before getting started.
Depending on how dirty the carpet is you spray both ways if it is really filthy and just on the way back if it’s not
Can I use an oreck orbiter for agitation before portable extraction
Yes I like the green brush but black also
Where did you get the bottle holders that go on the doors of the truck? I need those.
I think Jondon
I just paid $140 for one average-sized room and one 5x8 area rug. Was that too much?
What portable would you recommend to someone just starting their own business? Thanks!
Depends on budget
@@greenrhinoproject ok, 3,500 and under.
How and where can I take You course please.

hot water

I may be wrong but citrus gel spotter might get it out
Use a hot iron and and wet cloth. Place the damp cloth on the carpet the iron on top. The wax will transfer from carpet to rag.
Is that a crb ?
Where did you get your customize polo shirt looks nice
ordered it locally I actually order something a little different waiting on them. I Can Give you contact info if you like
