That climax got me almost in tears as well, and I'm not even a huge Mario fan
I saw this movie in IMAX, and it was awesome. Just pure, unadulterated fun. It's got amazing animation, awesome references, colorful action and great music and humor. In addition to Jack Black's incredible performance and banger song, "Peaches". It's definitely the best movie Illumination has put out yet, apart from _Despicable Me._
Honestly the trailers did Chris Pratt so dirty. I ended up really enjoying his take on Mario! Believe it or not, probably the stand-out voice performance for me, even beating out the big man Jack Black.
People gave the guy so much crap because it was "just Chris Pratt's voice" in the trailers, yet everyone is silent when Seth Rogen says "Yeah, Donkey Kong is just my voice. I don't do voices."
Your reaction has by far been my favorite reaction to this movie so far, I feel like everyone else that reacted to this movie was not really playing the video games and missed a ton of references but it was nice to see your reaction from a true Mario video game fan

Honestly it's a miracle any of these are being left alone at all. We all know how absolutely vicious Nintendo's copyright ninjas are.
To be honest, I kinda like your reaction to this movie the best other than the other ones I've seen. The reason I say this, it's because I love your reaction when you see Mario and Luigi doing cute things together. That's exactly what I want to see in these reactions. Great job. It's like they always say, "nothing can hurt us as long as we're together"
It’s almost rare to see two brothers who love each other deeply, because all the brothers I’ve seen in movies and tv shows, brothers are rivals who always fight each other
well it's been 2 days but they are twins so twins being separated for long time might be harder. i forgot they were twins til i looked it up again but it makes sense why they live together and work together and have the bond that they do.
I love when Mario becomes the Raccoon you can hear the Mario 3 theme. This film is amazing. Top tier video game live action film
aside from the criminally short musical cues, I liked the Peach flasback. When grabbing the flag she had on the Doki Doki Panic outfit that became Toad's canon outfit.
I need a game with Donkey Kong with Mario power ups.

Charles Martinet is not Mario's original voice actor, Mario's original voice actor is the guy that voices Optimus prime, then after that they gave Mario a Brooklyn accent which was iconic as well, then Charles martinet came last. Chris Pratt's Mario voice is an older version of Mario
in the end, turns out to be the movie that SCOOB wished to accomplish despite that it had fun filled animation with easter eggs with nice voice performances with ambitious direction on the cinematic universe aspect/concept, makes sense?

The emo star aka the Luma is so funny and depressing xD But this movie is what we deserved and I'm so glad Nintendo waited til now for Super Mario to get a true adaption. Lets a go!
