It is not the same car as it rolled in is an understatement my friend, it looks absolutely stunning. I am a hardtop guy myself, I had a 70 road runner real air grabber 383, 727, this is a ragtop guys dream, you made that QA1 install look like a cake walk, we know it`s not, of course after the Cuda it probably was eaiser. Will we be able to see it after paint, the painters are gonna love you, panel fitment is spot on, doors tuck in nicely, all they have to do is block it all out and shoot it, which is no piece of cake, I did the body work on my road runner, the panels are huge, and I had no air tools. I am curious if the owner doesn`t mind sharing, your cost with suspension and paint, that`s gotta be scary, i`m guessing he`s at 60k. I am kind of shocked he didn`t find a dana 60, 9 3/4, other than that, this car is spot on, well done my friend, you are gonna have one happy customer. My man T-Bone is looking good pulling those tires and cleaning up that rear end.
Thanks for all of the work that you and T-bone do. I can't wait till we get to take it for a burn. BTW, It's going to T and S Custom Cars in Idaho Falls, ID.
Another Great Job!!!! I am getting my 70 Roadrunner in place with metal and will be using much of your technics in getting the need sheet metal in. Tenn Erine Ford sold his soul to the Company Store. Mine is to AMD...😂🤣
T Bone looked like a professional taking those wheels n tires off 😊 i like how u make it well known that u hate fords because i hate them too ! I wont even look at them 😎
@@rustbucketrestos6511 I think it’s awesome. How much T-bone wants to help you work on the vehicles I know it’s hard for him to do a lot but it’s awesome that he wants to help you like he does.
Boy am I glad you cleaned THAT up... "we all know mustangs are not (cool)"... "no, we all know they are the shit"... I grew up on mustangs. Sure I love mopar too but don't dis my mustangs, man... lol. This convertible is really coming along- gonna be an excellent restomod! I hope you'll eventually introduce us to the owner who has talked you into doing all this excellent top-notch work... I'd love to know their thoughts on all this.
... wait... what? no engine? no glass? no top? Awww man! I really wanted to see you complete this start to finish. I hope the shop up in Idaho Falls has YT channel.... lol.
great video, well organized with the parts and tools laid out, careful measuring and using your own experience from the cuda certainly helped with the result.
Sad to see this one come to a close (in an unfinished state). Maybe you could occasionally toss in an update or two, maybe at the end of your future videos. T-Bone's killin' it! He's going to be a fine wrench when he gets older!
Upper ball joints have a long stem. Are these ball joints replaceable or do you have to replace the whole control arm when they wear out? Nice work, as always.
Nice video as usual! I loved watching this video as I just got my QA-1 full suspension set up recently. It’s like a tutorial on how to install! Love seeing your little helper getting in on the build. It won’t be long, you will be picking a project for him! Happy Holidays to you and your family!
She looks better and better. Thank You
I agree!
So cool to have your son work on muscle cars with you
She's going to be a sweet ride.
Sure is!

Absolutely!
Totally amazing on the work you do and how much precision you do it with, love watching your techniques
Thank you very much!
GTO time !!
When will we see the 68 charger again??
Probably never 😂
In the spring!
@rustbucketrestos6511 thanks I can't wait

He sure is! This car will absolutely be back on the channel once its finished. Can't wait to go for a ride in it myself!
Do you still have the Charger?
More of the charger
Yes he does on hold right now
She'll be back in the spring!
Upper ball joints have a long stem. Are these ball joints replaceable or do you have to replace the whole control arm when they wear out? Nice work, as always.
They look like press in or screw in..... replaceable.
Yes, they are serviceable.
What's your opinion on mini tubs on these? Will a mini tub work with the QA1 setup?
Is this all going to have to come off again for underbody and engine bay paint?
Sure is! Taking it back off at this point is a cinch.

Glad it helped!
Does the Qa1 steering, and suspension make a difference????
HUGE difference!
What's up with the charger
She'll be back in the spring.
Awesome! Come do mine.
Looking good ,? Why didn't it get painted before installing everything just courious ,keep up the good work
6 bolts & the entire rear setup drops out. Super easy to remove when it comes time for paint & body.
Will that rear end handle an injected 426 Hemi down the strip . 😳
Won't need to... it's getting a 6.4 hemi.
Make sure on that sway bar. The links should not be in line with the sway bar the way they are now.
I actually had to drill out & move the bracket forward about 1 1/2”. I’ll post some photos on my IG tonight
👍🏻💯🇦🇺⛽️
Thoes control arm look to be universal and where did u get thoes
Update on charger please!!
Soon!
