    It's good to know that judges are aware of these disgusting people. A key thing is to prove they are lying about just one thing, that's enough to put everything they say in a light of suspicion.

      Your point about staying focused on the child's best interests is spot on. Courts look for stability, and demonstrating that is key to overcoming false accusations. *Digitsaltruthseekers* was helpful getting the facts.

      I appreciate the advice about not using the term 'narcissist' in court. Facts speak louder, and judges respond better to evidence than labels. *Digitsaltruthseekers* was helpful getting them for me.

      Requesting a custody evaluation was the best advice I received. Having *Digitsaltruthseekers* a professional assess the situation brought the truth to light in my case.

      That's not what he said to say. He's a judge. Say only what he said to say. Bc #1 you can't speak for your children, and #2, he didn't even say to even speak for yourself.
      Say ONLY what the judge told you to say. Why would you think you can do one better than a judge? Stay safe my friend. Follow the judge to the letter

    harder said then done. its extremely hurtful what was alleged. hell even bringing it up to the pre-trial settlement judge was brushed off yet I have to put up with it being said in the first place.

      Get thicker skin. You're gonna need it with a narcissist. Let it roll right off your shoulders. You know who you are so why would anything they say deter that?

    but how to bring the allegations up and actually be heard instead of having to put up with it where whenever I think about it all it does is torments me knowing they aren't true, I'm severely shocked my ex literally confirmed saying them, let alone them being kept from me from a family member who they were said to.

  • @TheDoats
    @TheDoats 3 месяца назад +1

    I'm dealing with this. My ex cannot accept that I broke up with her and want nothing to do with her. She already made allegations that I was abusive but I showed up to court with a text message from her the day after we broke up and we have not been in the same room together since where she admits I have never been abusive. Me being a man and my daughter being a girl I know what's coming next and my daughter is only 5 so she is still too young to really know what's going on and to stand up to her mother. Her mother will say anything if she thinks it will gain her favor in court. I don't have the money to fight heinous false allegations that are coming next so I'm thinking about asking for supervised visitations for myself until I do have enough money to fight them to protect myself and my daughter from having to go through yet another traumatic experience her mother puts her through.

    And what if they filed for custody and named you the grandma as having (non existent ) substance abuse problems .. to the court itself .. or about bullying grandma while attempting ti serve the mother while she was in labor only she was at the hospital.
    Which occurred after father (who cheated and abandoned then) discovered mom moved on and was planing a new family with someone else.
    Having been in counseling for decades of coercive control I can see all the tactics .
    Why is it allowed?
    And how does justice get served . Do we still have a justice system ? Because it sure doesn’t feel that way. :(

    My narc and his attorney will double down and swear that his allegations are true. So I reply "I deny those allegations" or I just ignore because I hate adding fuel to the fire when he swears that the allegations are true adding to the insanity of everything he is spewing.
