  • fitting Autoterm Diesel heater fuel pump plug to the wiring loom.
    We have been getting calls about the pump not working on install and 100% of the calls have been solved by checking the wiring has been mounted correctly.

    Thanks for that, just the info I was looking for. I wasn't sure if the polarity mattered, nothing in the manual that I could find.

    Would have been helpful if you'd shown how you REMOVE the pins also!

      the official way is with a special tool - very difficult to do without a tool

      @@Benjalotus I got mine sorted with a hairpin. Just used it like tweezers after cutting a few mm off the ends that have some form of plastic dip to avoid poking oneself.

    How can I remove the pins?

      the best thing to do is not try to remove the pins, (unless you already have the tool and know how) but to cut the cable and then rejoin when finished.

      Now does that attach to the connection on the pump or the other supplied piece??
