Most people would shy away from the responsibility of driving to a persons reported incident while keeping the crew safe. Then the driver has to make sure the crew has enough water. Don't judge us unless you have done it.

@LancashireDennis Firefighters do a lot of hard work and it takes brains to do their work or people die. But they are also human and have accidents. However who ever told you that UK fire stations don't have beds have miss informed you. Every station in Merseyside have beds and they use them. On a 15 hour night shift they stand down at 22:00 unless there is a shout. The recreation equipment is from sports and social club which the firefighters pay for the privlage to use.

emergency fire appliance driving 101, all motorists are blind and deaf, he should have seen the van wasn't stopping and not comitted to the junction, as it says below some1's house probably burned down, because the driver couldn't get his crew there.

there were two more crashes on this junction two days ago but I did not have my camera so did not upload them. I am setting up CCTV so should be able to upload more crashes over the coming months

My guess is motorolla73 has been refused entry to the Fire Service at some stage and has a rather large chip on his shoulder. Judging by his attitude someone made a very astute decision. Go on motorolla73 tell me I've got wrong! I really don't think so somehow.

@motorolla73 People crash, firefighters are human. Name a single service which has never had an accident?

@LancashireDennis Next time I'm on station, do you want me to take a picture of a bed in a firestation and show you? London's Burning may be fiction but it is on a REAL and OPPERATIONAL fire station and the beds shown in the programme are REAL beds used by REAL firefighters.

havn't you got better things to do than search You Tube for Fire Engine Crashes and watching them before adding some drivel to the comments
anyway - lot's of people gawk at all types of crashes - whether the police, fire or amulance services are involved or not - it's just what we do in today's society.

"The more you look at this video the more you know the fire van driver was in the wrong."
None us are privy to the details of the crash but being a 'troll' you seem to know everything. Go on then, give us your 'expert analysis' based on what you actually know and isn't small-minded conjecture. By the way, 'clever dick', it's an appliance not a 'van'.
