    I can't afford to take PT and have no time. I've been doing some of these exercises at work for a month. There has been significant improvement with pain, mobility, strength in my arthritic knees. I also use an exercise ball for a chair. It keeps me flexible, strengthened, from getting stiff.

    Amazing! I was running on the treadmill feeling great then my knee popped. I was in pain thinking I'm in trouble. Then I find you guys and tried your stretches. Now Im feeling great again. Much Mahalos for your video.... Subscribed👍👍👍

    I love your videos, and have watched tons of them. I have incorporated many of your exercises, and feel better, especially my lower back. However, my biggest pain is tendonitis on the inside of my knees, down into my shins. Even doing your exercises, this pain hasn't improved. I can't get up and down off the floor, so can't do all the ones you suggest. But, what else can I do?

    Ok this is insane, and I’ll sound insane but it was happened *not kidding* at least 20 times. I come home from school go to the gym and lift and let’s say my shoulder hurts, BOOM they upload a video that day on shoulder pain, my ankles have poor mobility and I notice it, BOOM they upload an ankle mobility video. I’m going insane

    Two questions. One broad and one specific
    Should the IT band be foam rolled even if it doesn't feel right?
    When my hips are at 90 degrees, arched back, straight knees, I gut a painful, burning sensation on the outer side of knee where the LCL is. What could be the cause of this?

    Hello there!! I have a question. I was doing the kneecap stretch and I realized my knee cap, when pushing down without much pressure, feels “crunchy”. Best way I can put it. Do y’all have a video about this or any advice?

    Hi. I have been rolling my ankle quite frequently. Twice a day minimum... I can't contact my doctor at the moment. What can I do to ease the unstable ankle and the pain?

    I have pain on outsides of both knees and backs of knees. I also have facet joints bone on bone. is the pain coming from that? or could poor venous flow cause that pain?

    are these exercises okay to do if you have a knee replacement, I wish I had found you gentlemen before I had the knee replacement as I am still in pain,

    I’m going to give these kneecap stretches a try! Walk up and down our stairs 10-20 times per day now that I’ve retired. My left kneecap doesn’t like going down! Thanks!

    I have not been able to kneel on my left knee for years, and I feel like a crippled old lady, I can't workout, and I am only in my 30's. My chiro said that putting pressure on the back of the knee is what caused my knee to go out of place. so what kind of knee stretches would I do. cause I have pain in he knee cap, but the back of the knee is what is causing the problem according to my chiro.
