I really need to add one of these to my collection. Also, I believe the E2XTL version is not just a different body, it’s a different thread pattern. Instead of the E series, it’s compatible with SureFire M600DF, which is the same as the Weltool LH heads. They sell two different 18650 bodies, the one you’ve shown that has an adapter. That’s for E series. And they have a surefire mount body that fits the E2XTL head, and actually fits Weltool heads Also these two heads have the same LED from what I’ve read. Just different size heads/TIRs. Do you think the E2XT head would be good for home self defense? Thanks again for a good video!
Malkoff states they aren’t for white wall hunters. Where they excel is thermals, output longevity and toughness. Those are more important for some people in the market that actually have a use for tools like this.

MD series will use the M61HOTv2 head, I have one, it's phenomenal and completely worth the money if it's to be your one and only M61

My $40 sofirn if22a out throws both of these and its durable as hell. Malkoff is ridiculously over priced for that performance.
