They sound like dri and nuclear assault had a baby. In Montreal I saw them and the singer was selling shirts a kid came up wearing a shirt from the trailer park he grew up in. He traded the shirt for a municipal waste shirt

Both bands were renting from a company called "BandWagons". They are very popular, especially on Warped Tour. If you watch enough Bus Invaders episodes, you'll see a bunch of these. :)
