I don’t believe it was changed, just the suppliers the flour and oil which all alters the quality of the colonels chicken

The lady at 0:07 is the wonderful character actress Jacque Lynn Colton, she has done a lot of different things and is perhaps best remembered for her multiple appearances on Three's Company and appearing with Lucille Ball on her final sitcom in the '80s.

The woman who brings in the cart of KFC is Barbara Sharma, of "Laugh In" and "Rhoda", and the original Broadway production of "Sweet Charity".
The blonde woman in the pale blue top & dark blue skirt is Pamela Myers, who was Ginger on "Sha Na Na", and Marta in the original Broadway production of "Company".

He wasn’t in all of the ads. He died in 1980 and it’s possible the year of this ad is inaccurate
