Huh, upon slowing the video down, it looks like the score is added up based on how fast you're going at each frame. You're capped at 199 km/h, and the game is at 60 frames per second, so every second at that speed gives you 12000 - 60 = 11940 pts.
I always preferred Super Hang On and Outrun of the three. maybe it's all the bouncing in this game what made it less fluid. Also the music in the other games is way better in my opinion. By the way, is the girl"s soundsample "Checkpoint" the same as in Outrun and Super Hang On?
That ending is way deeper than one would imagine for mid eighties video games.
The key to completing these games is having a damned good memory!
Brought really good memories from my high school years, awesome way to play it.
This game is still impressive today.
Would've been cool to have it on Shenmue II, as one of the secret arcades on Yellow Head Building...
素晴らしい競争ゲーム😊
Great race.
前に見た映像では着地する時大股開いてずっこけるような映像だけどこの映像はその映像が無いからスッキリ見れる。😃

Yes, it is.
I saw a rumor that this was the second pioneered game by Yu Suzuki.
