These stories that go beyond back or skeletal pain are very helpful. As you said in the video… TMS has endless ways to present. Many of us have “uncommon” symptoms like dizziness or depression or IBS etc. Great to hear success from someone who had a myriad of non-standard symptoms

I also am impressed by the support of his family and friends. That he can be so open and share with them. Mine don’t seem to “get” it.

I had chronic sinus issues for years. They came and went, sometimes within a few minutes. Once I recognized that they were just another TMS symptom they resolved. I get little flares but they never last. No medication needed anymore.

Vince and Dan - WOW what a great start to my Sunday! Thanks for sharing your journey. I especially appreciate the honesty about still having some symptoms but not CHRONIC! That brought tears to my eyes. Dan, your generosity and devotion to all the TMS suffers, is evidence of the basic goodness of this world ❤❤

I’ve been dealing with so much pain in different parts of my body- nerve pain, sciatica pain, back pain, muscle weakness etc etc list goes in and on and on. I’m starting to work Dr. Sarno’s method and was doubting I can heal, this gives me so much hope!! Thank you so much.

IT'S THE FIRST TIME I'VE HEARD SYMPTOMS OTHER THAN PHYSICAL PAIN TMS. DR. SARNO SAYS OCD, DEP. AND ANX ARE ALL TMS EQUIVALENTS SO THANKS, DAN.

This was beautiful to watch. I know I’ll soon be up here to give my recovery testimony/story. Thanks so much Dan and congratulations Vince.

Called muscle clenching nothing mysterious about it. Affects allot of people. It’s psychological habit forming and can affect the entire body, cause pain, muscle weakness and compensations. Also, all these psych issues, posture and breathing leads to tension in scalenes compressing brachial plexus which leads to pain through the entire upper body and severe headaches.

A fee weeks ago I had a big relapse. Same pain in the back I felt when TMS was at its highest. As much as I got a little demotivated, I did not stop amything. I lifted heavy weight as usual, went to the gym everyday, went to the office to work and it simply disappear.

Thanks Vince, you articulate your journey so well, I think Steve Ozanich called TMS OCD of the body, I totally relate, that constant checking and hypervigilance. I like the super power idea - our bodies are like antennae that tell us when something is off. And I too am now OK about taking meds if needed, I dont beat myself up and focus on just taking good care of myself. I too am doing so much stronger and no longer freak out, Dan I think I am ready to do my success story, will be in touch soon x

Ahhhh I love this! I watched a success story where the guy just got rid of his pain and never had it again and I held onto that idea that the only way I was successful was if it never came back and I’ll get frustrated and despair when it does. Now watching this I feel like I am successful because I can talk to my brain and calm myself to the point it disappears within a day or two. Maybe that’s why it’s been so persistent and keeps coming back in other areas because I keep thinking I’m not successful if it’s not gone entirely and I never feel it again

  • @CruisingWithElena

Listening to dan and his success stories make me feel hope . I had headache all day until I sat listening to Dan and this vid calm and hope.

Vince, thank you so much for your sharing. Your open heart and honesty helped to heal myself and I am sure anyone else who listens. My story was very similar to you with chronic migraines, OCD, and digestive issues versus back pain. It was so good to hear your journey and that its normal for it to come and go because we are human. I had a flareup and freaked out. I was not being kind to myself. Time to rewatch my Dan videos. Lots of love and support for everyone. Thank you❤❤

Good work Vince hold your torch high! No matter how clear I sometimes still find it amazing our mind can create so many different symptoms. I beat TMS in 2015. I was done! Cured! Nope: 2022 -23 its back albiet different symptoms. Im not a quitter though. Appreciate your encouraging story

You can imagine. Got the migraines sorted. No meds. Wow. But how. To me. They are the most difficult. Well done Vince. Good job.
