Its a real credit to you as a caster that you point out positives with low level play rather than simply mock the players. That example of how having more production buildings can compensate for commonly missed production timings shows a lot more thought and insight than default criticism would
Such a good point, there was so many things i wanted to tear apart about the gameplay, but then i was like... why - this is awesome community buiding content and still made for a great watch with grubbies insights over the top.
This is more entertaiment than the pro games
Different strategies is the reason why meta play in games are things I want to unlearn.
Grubby's style of entertainment for example - doing the meme strats - that is what is so thrilling to watch.
I actually saw some units being produced BEFORE their upgrades this time 😮
I absolutely love goofy w3 strats and no tryhard. I really think thats what makes this game so fun to watch and play making this new series perfect for me. Keep it up!
It's like watching League (LoL) on lower elos, the variety of champions picked is incredible. High Elo and Pro play meta is super stagnant and reliant on the same 20 pick/bans.
Unfortunately some WC3 tryhards get mad if you do fun off-meta strats, how many times has grubby been flamed for doing stuff like that before they rage quit😂

I think this series breathes so much life info the game. imo warcraft 3 is far from dead but it feels like a ghost town from my experience. I'm under 600 mmr. When i look on w3c, there are usually 3 games max going on at any given moment for
the reason lowlevel players get multiple production buildings are:
when your macro sucks and you forget to produce consistently, having 2 helps you spend your money and catch up
when you lose you whole army and you wanna get back in the game you can pump out units faster using the 2k gold you didnt spend while fighting
spend your money on buildings under 50 so when you go over you can REALLY crank out units
And can add some meat to your base to hide behind 🫠

Oh nice the observer info menu is back! So much easier to follow and concentrate on the match, when my subconscious isn't screaming at Grubby, that I need an update on the economy management for both players...

This is one of the best w3 entertainment content on your channel for real. I LOVE IT.
I love watching professionals but I really truly love watching amateurs more because they’re so incredibly unpredictable. with a pro player you know exactly what they’re gonna do and how they’re going to perform and if they make one slight mistake it’s pretty much game over. An amateur can get away with screwing up continuously and still win. So it’s on your edge of the seat watching this
These videos about WC3 amateurs are as educational as your Dota 2 coaching sessions with pros. Very nice!

IS it worth upgrading the flying machine's ground attack ability, or is it counter-productive as they waste attacks on ground units and heroes during battles?
I went double barracks very often to quickly rush my enemy with units, I had a lot of success with it on my tier
Isn’t the Bat Rider Explosion a Spell? Why does Amor reduce it. I thought amor only affects attack damage not spell damage.
Its a physical ability. Like a demolishers attack ground command, except bigger, and once, and not ground.

@joegott188 Mana usage is unrelated to damage type. It's simply that the bat rider explosion deals normal damage. For example, warden poison dagger initial damage is for some reason normal damage too

not that i play human, but it's nice to learn why you wouldn't make bombs on them! would you consider barrage on tanks to be a bad idea a large amount of the time too? i'm sure there's situations for whether to tech it or not, but was curious. Grubby should Taurens be made immune to Kodo devour?
Taurens (+Raiders for Ensnare) seem like they would be really fun for Orc mirror matches, but the threat of enemy spamming Kodo for devour kinda makes them feel a wasted investment.

Just pick ranged or air units to annihilate kodos and raiders. do some snare kiting of your own with a hero that stuns or roots or sleeps.

I am a noob but it always amazes me that many players sit in their bases healing or just doing nothing for so long. Meanwhile I am creeping and they still end up higher heroes than me once they get a few kills. Such a stupid game
Grubby, as a pro w3 player i honestly expected you to see the obvious values in having multiple production buildings.
i think you are a little bit blinded by the "meta" and "pro scene" here because the pro scene and meta is all about min/maxing, meta, efficiency and speed, however:
you can produce twice as fast provided you have the money, if you got 2 buildings.
you can tech swap twice as fast i.e from riffles to footies or vice versa.
if one building gets destroyed you have another to fall back on.
the opponent now has more buildings to clear out before meeting the win condition.
that being said i will admit it is slightly overkill to have 2 of EACH military production building.
normally it would be either double barracks or double sanctum + 1x barracks/sanctum, and maybe 1 workshop and 1 aviary.
in bronze league people like to choose a so called "foundation" unit their build revolves around, be that knights, riffles, breaker/priest/sorc etc. or otherwise, and if you are gonna have a "core" of one type of unit, that core is more easily produced off of 2 buildings, while the units supporting that core group of units can be produced off 1 building.
That human is SC2 or AOE4 veteran

This is low elo gameplay? I tried the game yesterday for the third time and got destroyed. I had 3k gold in bank and forgot to make more units and tech
