a lot has changed about the Ghoul in the past 6ish years, it didnt used to be as good as it is now. cannibalize is like actually semi-practical to use now and ghoul frenzy got a huge buff going from 25 to 35% attack speed bonus.
What is hilarious to me is that before he played NE he would have been like 'staff op, moonwells op', but now it is like 'your moonwell mana is limited', because he learned it the hard way. xD
On a big map with good expansion possibilities, if it let you get a second Necropolis faster to substitute for your third Ziggurat and both expand and tech faster, it would be worth it. He has actually done this in the past, although not in any games in the current series that made it onto RUclips (unless in one of the last ones that I haven't gotten to yet).
Piracy was an excuse the tv studio executives used after they had chosen to show Firefly out of order originally, because they thought the actual episode 1 wasn't 'violent' enough so they showed the later episode that has Mal and Zoe's time in the war in many flashbacks through the episode where the kid who had fought with them tries to take the ship hostage, but people watching had no idea what was going on because it was episode 9 or something, so imagine that, once they learned the real order they took to piracy to watch it in order properly. It's sad; I loved that show, and Whedon actually had plans to make future seasons WAY darker and more 'real and gritty', like we're approaching extremely dark (for network TV) territory. Essentially what Andor is to the rest of the Disney Star Wars universe, the future seasons would have been to season 1. (SPOILERS for the movie somewhat ahead) Inara having a terminal illness (they hinted at it in the show when she said "I'd rather not die at all" in one episode), Wash having the fate they gave him in the BDM (Big Damn Movie), and even that hinted episode 1 scene where they are passed by a Reaver ship and Inara pulls out what the audience can infer is some sort of suicide vial, likely given to the Companions for that exact contingency, Morena Baccarin and others said in interviews later on that there was going to be a plotline where she gets captured by reavers and they, well, do what reavers do to captured people (sometimes) before eating them, namely assault her bodily, and she's unable to get to the vial or it doesn't work or something, and then that episode/subplot ends with Mal and the others saving them and killing all the reavers, and despite her lying there beaten and torn up in a pool of her own blood, Mal just wraps her up in his brown coat and carries her out, because he's Mal. That's the sort of stuff Whedon wanted to really show how dark this world was; and it was really only hinted at by the reavers and the 'hands of blue' agents in part of one episode. Serenity was great, don't get me wrong, but it essentially made it seem like it was just some misguided branch of the Alliance government that did the whole Miranda project, and not that the entire machine was a corrupt violent dictatorship on par with the Star Wars Galactic Empire, ironically named the Alliance (or rather "The Unification of Allied Planets", a rather dystopian name for a victorious hostile takeover). TL;DR I wish there had been at least 2 or 3 more seasons... I don't know why I typed all this but there it is.
I just started watching WC3 pro play and I find the difference in strategy discussion between pros in SC2 and WC3 so fascinating. Like... The idea of not scouting and why feels like a culture shock lmao. I remember SC2 players being hesitant to scout because of the loss in resources around 2012. Now it's standard unless the person not scouting knows their opponent is that predictable (like how Serral and Maxpaxx use to be), or they expect their opponent to be that easy to beat. Its standard to take the loss in resources because the information you can gain is far more than worth it.
Don't know if Grubby mentioned this, but will he be making a Playlist for each race to rank 1? I like that this challenge let's us get a good sample of how each race plays. Playlist would make it easier to watch rather than looking through video library.
Firefly is the most unjustifiablly cancelled show ever made. And I was one of those pirates. Also, the title of this video should have been "When good ghouls go bad"
another failure of Fox with firefly : for some reason they decided to air the second episode first becuase "people didn't want the worldbuilding" or something so it kinda nuked the show from the start
3:59: Lorewise, the Lich King basically just manipulated Arthas emotionally by making Arthas go off the deep end in return for an opportunity to murder Mal'Ganis... We don't talk about the retcons, because at this point, I don't think anybody knows what happens after all the retcons.
First Edit: Grubbyyyy I absolutely love undead, I’ve been waiting years for you to play undead seriously; I love you so much mr, thank you for making my day everyday AND LET THE LIGHT CEASE
Yay Charmed mentioned!! While I can understand not liking Family Guy (even thought it's objectively good) disliking Buffy I gotta say is a fault of character.
Arthas was right about culling Stratholme and Uther being to much of a bitch to do what was necessary to save the kingdom is what ultimately led to his downfall.
Fast tech strat looks so bad:slow creeping, no production, open to harassment, can't punish expo Can't imagine you can beat UD or Humans, their early harassment will always be a great pain!
Remember back then Grubby used to say don't ever play ghouls, they are outclassed by fiend :v
Wonder how since Fiends ' dmgs are so weak compare to 6 ghouls with Frenzy upgraded

Yeah until you’re 1800+ w3c solo with the race you’re saying is imbalanced, it’s always useless commentary
but sir, it's still unbalanced vs orc, Grubby's perspective was from orc perspective
"WarCraft? Nah, HEROCraft" -that Orc
Actual gigachad
Vampiric worked well since you get healing when attacking the NE trees
Well, both the games were quite special! :D
Thanks for the video!
"Death shall rain" while slapping a tower in the most passive way
"I always have that dream, of not making an scout acolyte." rofl

You should try the LORD build: Crypt Lord, Pit Lord, Dread Lord

That frog was just sitting there trying to croak, and he did!
Grubby: Nice. Staff.
Opponent: Nice. ghouls.
My favorite vampire movie was "Interview with the Vampire" and tv show "Midnight Mass"
14:06 You have broken my heart.
3:42 a lot more convincing than Anakin turning on the Jedi Order and Younglings.
That Ghoul Surround Micro vs NE is just insane!😅 well done.

Grubby just dumped the Night eleves

Meat Wagons are the WC3 unit that never fails to disappoint… dies so quick to just a BM.
title is what i said about my ex girlfriend
Haha 😅
Me, too.
Eyyyy😂😂😂
Ex? Does that mean she didn't get the job done?
The last game was everything I could hope for. Thank you for that. (maybe a DK would have been nice, for double aura though)
Wait, did they make BM's clones deal damage now?
yes
Yep they are crazy good when level 10 and items
OH YEAH! Classis zergrush! 😅

I guess he was doing a hero only challenge.
Hey, for the pitlord, how about "I come from the sparseness of your wit"? just randomly thought of it and had to find a grubby video to post it on.
So the quz is wheather Arthurs has his freewill? Or life is destin"ied" as Lich king found the prince?
another failure of Fox with firefly : for some reason they decided to air the second episode first becuase "people didn't want the worldbuilding" or something so it kinda nuked the show from the start
dk (coil then spam aura) + dl aura is good too with mass ghouls. speed+regeneration
night elves meet the walking dead
What exactly does the Abomination say when it is built
I always heard "this spirit obeys" and I still can't unhear it
Is it “we come in peace-es”?
"Us hear and obey"
3:59: Lorewise, the Lich King basically just manipulated Arthas emotionally by making Arthas go off the deep end in return for an opportunity to murder Mal'Ganis...
We don't talk about the retcons, because at this point, I don't think anybody knows what happens after all the retcons.
@grubby what does NE even do against DL mass ghouls on LT? Can’t contest mid at all
My favorite Vampire Show is Solo Dreadlord Grubby
Can you do a Neutral strat where you only used recruited and possessed neutrals to destroy the opps base?
I'd just leave the towers and creep hard and expo. You played exactly how this guy wanted you to.
Chitinous Carapace is way too underrated. 😢

Arthas was right about culling Stratholme and Uther being to much of a bitch to do what was necessary to save the kingdom is what ultimately led to his downfall.

Gg!
Fast tech strat looks so bad:slow creeping, no production, open to harassment, can't punish expo
Can't imagine you can beat UD or Humans, their early harassment will always be a great pain!
The guy who plays solo heroes with no units act's shocked and surprised his opponent doesn't make any units lol that's funny.
