I bought it. For me it’s worth it. The longer adjustable sticks feel amazing. Also, I went through a replacement from Sony for stick drift in 6 months! The replaceable sticks make it future proof. And The triggers on the rear make gameplay significantly more engaging for me. Also it feels like a luxury product. Be sure to buy a 20ft usb cable in the event the battery dies, because battery life is lower than the original.

I’ve always been a gamer at heart but I stopped playing after ps4 , I pre ordered the digital only Ps5 & played through need for speed heat & never touched it again , gave it to my little brother & 2 years later I got bored and bought a Xbox series S the other day I’m glad to be experiencing the Xbox for the first time & getting back on gaming console algorithm
The difference is Actually crazy, you can save multiple layouts and switch really fast between them and you can adjust the sticks making this worth every penny, and if you get stick drift you can just buy a new stick not a new 60€ controller

Its 240 euro in the netherlands. Compared to xbox elite controller which has been out allready for 180, you get 2 less back buttons, haptic feedback which is also on the normal one, and removable thumbsticks which i never had a problem with any of my controllers
I’d say it’s lowkey worth the 200 since it comes with the paddles and triggers Plus I think you can replace the analog sticks for like 5$ which helps so much with the strick drift 😭

I'm having regular dualsense, and I wish I bought second xbox controller instead. Even tho steam helpes A LOT, controller still has plenty of occasional issues. Also: adaptive triggers doesn't work, impulse vibrations too, gyro works terribly without connecting it via wire. Even connected gyro is not the best. So if you just want to have regular DualShock on PC - you can buy it. But if you want to fully use DualSense features - get ready for a lot of tweaking
@@StCost That’s rough, sorry you’re dealing with those issues. I think the haptics/adaptive triggers work best with PS games ported to PC, but that’s no excuse for the controller’s other shortfalls. Hopefully a firmware update is in the works!
@@BespokeSlipp yeah, some PS ported to PC games have these features working perfectly if you connect via wire. It works just fine as regular wireless PS controller as well. All games recognise it fairly well. Especially if you use Steam input. But as I said, other extra neat features require additonal fiddling with software. If you are skilled enough with computer - it might be not a problem. But a problem for regular casual user. Just warning people. I doubt Sony will release any significant updates for PC. It's not their target audience.
Honestly if anyone’s on the fence about it, I bought mine about 4 months ago for apex and it’s been great. Not falling apart, pretty high quality. No issues with connectivity or the buttons breaking- buy it.

Got one after I got stuck drift on my left stick on the scuf, it’s a nice controller for ranked on cod also got one for my friends birthday and now he’s playing cracked.
